AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE

First of all they sent a broken 1/6 Ludens, with a long detail in a helmet broken off. The broken piece was placed behind the figure where it couldnt get unless placed by those who send it. So it didnt broke off during delivery. I deliberately filmed unpackage process, cause i knew something is gonna be wrong.

Second of all, i dunno how "dpd express" delivery can go 17 days to the basically neighbour country. And the delivery is not used with DPD of course.

Next up, i had to pay 120 euros for customs fee, which also never being mentioned.

During the wait of a parcel, support ignore your emails. So if i would like to return it and get a new figure i would have to pay the delivery+insurance cost, then 120 customs fee when a proper one gonna get back to me. and it gonna be basically 1 undamaged for the price of 2.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE. Buy of an ebay or something, gonna save you a lot of nerves.

One more thing i'd like to add, they sent a used product, either that was returned to them or whatever. Not only it was broken, there were no safety plastic piece in a battery department which even shown in the instruction. Neither there were any seal on a box.

I have ordered from this store since 2016

I have ordered from this store since it was still in Japan in 16’. The quality of the shirts are outstanding and feel softer than some designer brands.

Another testament to their staff is within a couple days talking about a replacement couple of foil shirts that started to fade far too early. They are replacing them for me even later on to the hear.

I’d never usually be confident to spend £100 but I’ll be dropping double that come the 8th of December!

The staff are very patient and only want to do a good job. Give them a couple days and show them pictures of issues. It doesn’t matter i feels like I can enjoy and alleviate the art I’ve for on

Looking forward to buying the hat to go now the sticker tracksuit. I didn’t have any any intentions until I seen the tweets. Thought it was one of a kind!

People will always complain but not go out of their way for good reviews

I see all these horrible reviews but let me just say. Last Friday I ordered off of them. I must have emailed every other day asking for updates. WITHIN THAT SAME DAY I got an email back answering me. I got live updates of where my $500 signed frame was and emails on top of the automatic updates personally from the same customer service agent. They were patient with me and these other reviews are invalid. I also had UPS shopping updates as well. The tracking was accurate. Kojima customer service was amazing!!!! A special thanks to Stacey emailing me same day every time for a week with updates!!!

I ordered and then tried to cancel my…

EXTREMELY IRONIC CONSIDERING ITS A GAME ABOUT BEING A DELIVERY MAN. I ordered and then tried to cancel my order before it shipped as I changed my mind, but I got no response, I then emailed twice - nothing, then it had shipped and so I submitted a customer service request because I was looking for a return address, which they don't have listed, and I got nothing, so now I am stuck with an item I don't won't, and no way to return it before the 30 days is up, it cost £50. The customer service is a sham and an actual con. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Poor quality for price being charged

Well I did get my order in a reasonable time even though they didn't ship all the items together in one shipment meaning I had mistakenly thought they had forgotten to ship the most expensive of the items I ordered.

This isn't that big of a deal however the quality of the items isn't great to be honest and not worth the prices they charge.

I ordered a t shirt and hoodie as well as a mug. The problem with the t shirt and hoodie is that the designs were printed on them using heat transfer printing which results in a stiff piece of material being effectively ironed on top of the fabric. This is not only the cheapest method to decorate the fabric it's also the worst because it cracks and peels after several washes.

The hoodie was made from very thin cheap material too. I can literally see any non white clothing through the fabric.

Finally the mug that I ordered is more like a small cup and not really suitable for drinking anything other than an expresso.

All in all I feel like I regret my purchase. I spent around £100 and I feel like I've gotten poorer quality products than if I had shopped in Primark as even Primark do have decent screen printed t shirts and hoodies and they cost a third of what I paid for this stuff.

I think that merch with Kojima's name on it deserves to live up to the quality of his games and unfortunately these items don't.

Disappointed.

I wish I had read the reviews. 😑

Unfortunately, I have had the same experience.

I ordered "Three" T-Shirts on the 2nd October with First Class Shipping, and then...NOTHING. 🤷‍♂️

Nothing was sent.

I emailed customer service and got a reply from a woman named Stacey. She claims the items I ordered was out of stock and this is what caused the delay, but if this was true, then why wasn't I notified?

How was I able to make a purchase of the items on their website if they were out of stock??

Why does it seem that if I had not sent an email, then I would still be waiting for my items to arrive???

I also read the other reviews on this website and they gave this buyer the same excuse about their item being out of stock.

Clearly a pattern is emerging here.

I received another email on the 22nd October (Just two days ago) that the item will be shipped tomorrow, however, no tracking, or confirmation has been sent to me about this and it is 24th October Monday.

This whole "Kojima Production Store" experience just feels very disingenuous.

Actually, I'm getting quite tired of the lack of service we all have been experiencing collectively around the world.

Ordered in August

Ordered in August. Haven't received my order. Contacted the store and asked for an update few weeks after ordering and was given an explanation that the item has ran out of stock. Site said that the item is in stock before and after this. It is now middle of October and no updates. Tried emailing the store a week ago but haven't received an answer.

Placed an order nearly a month ago yet…

Placed an order nearly a month ago yet to receive my order. Keep on saying it will arrive on this and that date and still nothing!

Contacted two weeks after I placed the order asking where it is. They said that they had stock issues which they didn't bother to notify me about. When I placed the order all items were in stock and confirmed as dispatched.

Will be contacting trading standards if I don't receive a full refund.

Awful service avoid this company!
