Garage Threshold arrived quickly and in good order. it was good quality and the rubber seals have made a great seal from water ingress. It was fairly easy to install the only thing i would say is that the T30 drive they give is not up to the job and you will need an impact version of this drive (maybe a couple) also, the hex concrete screws they give you are a bit soft. When you drill the holes into the concrete (6mm) give it a good wiggle to make the hole ever so slightly wider. The concrete i went into is incredibly dense being a commercial property a residential property would probably be much easier to drill and screw into. Overall really happy with the product, we can wheel our flightcases over the threshold without difficulty even the heavy ones loaded with cables! and we no longer get big puddles in the entrance to our warehouse after heavy rain.

Check the gap under your garage door.
The product is installed, looks good, and hopefully will keep out the autumn leaves and rain. What I thought would be a straightforward installation became more complicated when I realised I needed a minimum of a 10mm gap under the door and only had a 5mm gap! I had to cut an edge off the strip to make it fit.

The best option where a quality seal is required
Having purchased a seal previously for an industrial shutter door where a perfect seal is essential for our food production environment, I didn't hesitate to order again. On this occasion, i was delighted to see longer lengths were also available for a double width Loading bay door. Quick delivery too!

Garage door top seal strip.
Communication and advice prior to placing my order were very professional and efficient. The shipping of the product was fabulous, I received the product in 4 days rather than the advised 7 - 10 days. I know DHL deserves credit for this but the handover from GaraDry to DHL was very quick. Having received the product I can say that I am very satisfied with the door top seal strip which seems to be of good quality and durable. Well done GaraDry for a great service.

Once ordered (single garage door kit) the product arrived very quickly and without any damage, very happy with the final result, just need to wait and see how much difference they make to keeping the garage warmer in the winter months 🤞
