I want to return my order UK38509, but the two nearby Yodel stores refused my package, saying it’s too large. I used the original packaging and can’t go to another store as I don’t have a car.

If your chosen delivery partner refuses to accept return packages, how do you have an agreement with them? How am I supposed to return my package?

Terrible delivery! still waiting on my chino's. First i was told DPD are delivering my parcel then Yodel, who knows if they will arrive.

Ignore the expected delivery times, means nothing.

In the past few months I have attempted to purchase two pairs of Docker chinos and on both occasions Yodel have lost my order so I still do own a pair of Dockers. Dockers really need to look carefully at why they trust an unreliable and incredibly slow delivery service like Yodel to destroy their reputation. Dockers only redeeming feature is their very good Customer Service Department who, on both occasions, processed a refund for me as soon as it was clear that Yodel had messed up again. Dockers really need to raise their game and use a reliable delivery service. As much as I’d like to buy some chinos I have no intention of trusting my luck and ordering another pair. Very disappointed.

Very slow / non existent delivery. Ordered shorts last Friday, now the following Friday and the item has not even shipped. No response from customer service. Will be putting transaction into dispute with credit card company to obtain refund if no action happens soon.

Really slow delivery, ignore the 5 working days, it takes them that long to even dispatch, then it’s about 5 days.

Incredibly slow to ship my order. Very bad communications, order arrived without any notice. BUT one item was cancelled from my order. Had to chase them for a refund. Really bad and low level of service.
