Customer Service was 10/10. I was contacted on request by Paige via WhatsApp where she sent me photos of the bag and answered more of my questions.
I completed the purchase Tuesday afternoon and I received my order Wednesday afternoon.
Product is better than described at an incredible price. Can not recommend enough and will defiantly be ordering again.

Very disappointed with the experience and aftercare from Designer Exchange, and the high five of two of the SA’s as I turned my back to leave very much cheapened their value for customers. Popped into the newcastle store and was immediately rushed on by one SA. I had barely had chance to move one display stand along and was rushed by another SA. The girl was pleasant but appeared new. I looked at two bags of the same design but different years of manufacture. I did feel quite pressurised, but settled on the bag recommended by the SA. As the SA was learning how to process the sale, I noticed another bag behind the counter I liked and asked to look at it. The focus seemed to be very much on getting the sale through and the girl being able to record she had made a sale and so I handed the second bag back and after paying for the main bag turned to leave. I had not left the store but heard the celebratory cheer and high five which I considered classless. By all means celebrate your sale but wait until the customer has left. Within about 15 minutes I realised I had made a mistake and should have bought the other bag, but also should have bought the bag from behind the counter too. I made two calls immediately to the store to see if they were still open and I could go back and exchange the main bag and buy the clutch too, but there was no answer. Accepting the store was probably closed and I had just missed them, I then sent an email explaining I had made a mistake with the purchase and could someone contact me so I could discuss coming back for the other bags. Almost a week later and there has been no call, text or reply to the email. The purchase remains in its bag in the hallway completely unopened. I am so disappointed that this service is deemed acceptable, I will be returning to the store for a full refund and returning to my usual preloved sellers where the care of the client is as important as the product. Very poor start to this new store.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with Andrew at the Birmingham store today - so helpful & understanding! I had sent an email to the Knightsbridge store after visiting in April as a product I was after could not be located - sadly the Knightsbridge team had not replied after 2 months of waiting. Andrew kindly offered to personally contact the Knightsbridge store manager to help locate the bag & I had an email waiting in my inbox a couple of hours later saying they had located it in the Knightsbridge store. Bravo Andrew, I could not have asked for a more efficient response! If only I lived nearer to the Birmingham store, I'd be visiting every week! What a credit to the company, thank you so much!

I used to sell here all the time, when Jon-quill ran the desk it was great. She use to tell me very clearly what to expect next and how long things would take. If I left something to be priced she would email the following day, She worked magic if I ever had an issue, she could find me the answer right then and there, and I never had any problems. She was worth her weight in gold, so much so I used to wait so that I could see her and not anyone else. She also used to handle any issues I had when I bought something.
Now she has left, I am waiting over an hour to see staff who don't know their head from their tale. They can't find my items, they don't tell me how long things take and hide information from me, some manager told me the wrong information and I have had no end of problems. Because of this, I will not be bringing any more stuff in. I simply do not trust them.
