Had no issues with the delivery as it arrived promptly. All used as specified in the manual and regularly oiled. 11 months in ( it has a 12month warranty) and there was a weird burning smell an it stopped working. Took ages to find a contact, which was then an email address linked to loads of companies. Quick response was offered replacement or a refund. Replacement out of stock so went for refund. This is where the trouble started! Messed about told a refund would come in 12 days it didn’t, then told they were busy with orders which is why there was a delay. No further time scales given, just keep being told to wait. No details of a new time line. I’m nearly 3 weeks in with no refund, no timescales and realistically no hope of getting what I’m owed! Service is shocking, I have zero faith. Deerrun are more expensive for the same product you can buy on Amazon - the only difference being a name on a sticker. I bought a new treadmill from Amazon and the the deerrun remote works with it as it’s exactly the same product just a different sticker and half the cost! Difference is Amazon service is much easier to deal with! Avoid avoid avoid. So many reviews about poor service and the product motor burning out which is what happened to me!
UPDATE it took a month and countless emails and I finally got a refund via PayPal. They sent it as a payment rather than a refund so I then got charged fees on the money! For £8 I didn’t pursue with deerrun and I could take another month of aggravation and shocking service.
I would still avoid at all costs, the service is just awful, no one takes ownership, different people contradict previous messages, and nothing is done within the time stated

Fabulous from start to finish. Delivery took 5 days to the UK. It’s exactly what I need as I work from home. Already feeling the difference in my day to day just using this for three days. One of the best investments will always be health and I’m so glad I got this for mine. I was hesitant because of the negative reviews on trust pilot because I’d never heard of the company and that’s why I’m also writing this review because my experience was quite the opposite! Chuffed to bits with my walking pad purchase, thank you ever so much!
Ordered the Deer Run A1 Pro - about 6 weeks ago. The two tightening bolts were too tight to use and therefore the product not useable. Customer service was non existent, and the one person on the phone could barely communicate, and didn't listen. Item was collected 2 weeks ago, and still no refund. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I placed an order for a treadmill and a protective mat. I received 3 e-mails telling me how many points I’d earned but absolutely nothing that acknowledged my order. Had to send 2 e-mails asking when the treadmill would be delivered. Machine delivered 2 weeks after order placed, but no mat. Waited a couple of days but then sent another e-mail asking what was the status of the floor mat. Reply next day said they were chasing it and would be in touch. That was ten days ago and no mat, or information, yet. Although I ordered the machine from a site in London, the e-mail address is the Home base in U.S.A. - a big disconnect. So from 22nd Feb. - ongoing, my order is fully paid for but only partially filled.

Very disappointing experience with DeerRun.
My order was cancelled 20 days ago, and I am still waiting for my refund. Customer service has been unhelpful and keeps sending generic messages instead of giving a proper update or resolving the issue.
It should not take this long to return money for a cancelled order. The whole process feels unprofessional, frustrating, and badly handled. Customers should not have to chase their own refund for weeks.
I would not shop with DeerRun again, and I would not recommend them based on how this situation has been handled.

I bought one of the walking pads for the heavier person and it was going great. Unfortunately there was a loud clunk and then every step it clunked. I got in touch with pitpatpower who after a polite back and forth gathering info , they offered a replacement or refund. Didn't even have to send the old one back. I took the replacement as I enjoyed using the walking pad
Such amazing customer service in today's world.
I don't know how to use it without my phone and it seems like a subscription model after so might be better to invest upfront with a different brand or test this in-store Vs purchasing online without trying others

DeerRun delivered the wrong machine, they offered a minimal incentive trying to get us keep it which just added to the frustration and the time it took for them to uplift the treadmill. I did ask for them to deliver the correct treadmill at the same time as uplifting the wrong one but this never happened, I had to wait weeks for the uplift, they got this wrong too and I had to wait in again before getting the credit to come through then I had to re-order the correct machine again - quite pathetic really. Also DON'T BUY the SEEL "worry free" piece of mind returns warranty, it's basically paying for you're consumer rights so waste of money - never gave me "worry free" cover!!!!
Regarding your reply below, I notice there is no email address to reply to, I have FIVE different email addresses so who do I reply to? It's just another empty promise to save face, you had the chance to do the right thing by sending the correct machine within days but no, you took weeks and waited for the me to return your error even though you had all the evidence, then you ignored my instructions to just replace the machine. You can't escalate my case as it has finished but you can take this up with the people who infuriated me (ORDER UK-DR40085) You deserve the 1 star, accept it and learn good customer service.

I had no idea when my almost £300 treadmill would be delivered, I was at the park with the kids and got a random call from the delivery driver who was at my house! The box was slightly damaged and there is a panel on the treadmill which isn't quite in properly. I also keep getting static shocks from it. I've messaged about how to set up the guarantee, but had no contact.
Overall I'd say the process including the product is just ok, nothing special.
Credit to Deerun, they sent me an email to explain about the guarantee and to apologise regarding the service, also offering a small gesture of compensation. They do appear to be concerned about their reputation and building their brand.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - If I could put zero stars I would. Ordered a DeerRun treadmill that folded down which arrived unannounced when out. We opened the package to find the bolts at the side that hold the arms up wouldn’t unscrew. Contacted the useless customer services which is evidently run by kids somewhere Asia to be told to send photos which we did, then told to send a video of the bolts not working which we did. Asked for a replacement to be delivered when the broken one was collected, waited circa 12 days for a return label to be sent which turned out to be sent via email - why an email takes 12 days to send an email God knows, anyway the return collection eventually happened then told no replacement in stock so requested a full refund which has gone on for weeks despite getting various emails to confirm the faulty machine has been received, then after chasing for my money get emails saying the machine was sent back to me which is hasn’t. Then more emails saying refund will be with me within 3 to 7 days, weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund so now in the hands of my credit card company to pursue.

Order arrived on time and in good condition.
However documents do not make it clear thatusing Pitpat App is optional.Machine will not run unless using Pipat the first time.
Help desk did not seem to realize this

I Just wanted to share my positive review as there is a lot of negative ones on here and I was panicking. It’s only arrived today but delivery was in time frame and they gave me tracking the next day after ordering. Had a couple of teething issues when setting up but the chat were responsive and helpful. I can’t speak for longevity of the product but so far I’m happy.
Awful awful awful! They sent me an inferior treadmill to the one I paid for, tried to tell me it was better! Couldn’t fine me the spec and when they eventually did it was completely wrong! They have now had this treadmill back in their warehouse for nearly two week and I’ve still not had a refund only to be emailed today to be told it will be 10 days before I have the money back in my account! Avoid like the plague!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from DeerRun. I really should have read the Trustpilot reviews before buying anything from them!
I bought a treadmill on February 23rd and I am still waiting for it to arrive, with absolutely no explanation or updates from the company. I tried calling customer service to find out what was going on, and they told me it had been sent to the courier. However, when I contacted the courier directly to track it, they said they haven't even received the package yet.
Typical runaround. Save yourself the headache and buy your equipment elsewhere.

I ordered a walking pad last week and was really excited about it until I looked at the reviews! I then started to panic that I wouldnt receive it and would need to spend ages trying to get hold of customer service. My experience is nothing like the negative reviews!
Ordered last week ,and it arrived today a week later. I was kept up to date with emails and texts to track, and it was delivered before my allocated time slot by XL courier company. I cannot fault the service received for dispatch and delivery.
The machine itself is great so far. It came with additional oil for the belt and an extra battery for the remote. I literally plugged it in, connected it to the app, and off I went! Looking forward to using it to get more steps in, and increase my cardio.
I just wanted to leave a positive review about my experience, because there were so many negative ones that wouldve put me off had I checked them first. So im glad I ordered first before trusting the reviews!
Wish I had read these first. I am now stuck with a machine that can't be changed from KPH to MPH unless I use the supplied PitPat App, that looks like it's been created for a 4 year old. This only changes the App, not the machine. They don't tell you this.
In addition, they asked me to review the item on their site. However, they don't like 1 star, so deleted it. Be warned. Do you research.

Saw a lot of negatives but it came in 4 days and works really well so let's put a vote for a positive experience. Slight wobble was their website was down for two days but it came back up to track the order
