Terrible customer service. Ordered a ring for my son, was too big so asked to exchange it. Straight away I was told that it was outside their 14 day return window (be warned you only have 14 days which isn’t made clear. This is not enough time if buying a present for someone). Was told I could send it back for store credit. This seemed fine as I just wanted the same item in a smaller size. They wouldn’t do this in one transaction though and wouldn’t give details of how to use the ‘credit’. Got an email almost a month ago to say they’d received the item for processing, no info on what to do next. Contacted them again a couple of days ago to ask how to use the credit. They obviously didn’t even bother to read my email, just sent one back saying it wasn’t received in the 14 day window so I could only have credit. Every message I’ve sent I’ve said I want to get the same item in a smaller size, I have not asked for a refund, every email back tells me I can’t have a refund only credit but refuses to say how to use that credit. Feels like they just want to keep your money.
I’m sure they are fine when there are no issues but it’s like pulling teeth when there is an issue - very poor communication and a sense of once they have your money they don’t care less. Almost 2 months since I placed the order and they have both my money and the product.

The product itself was okay, but wow the customer service is possibly the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Frustratingly, I’d read reviews reflecting the poor customer service but looked past them.

25/03 - placed my order (£33.69)
28/03 - delivered
30/03 - returned (didn’t fit)
09/04 - £31.16 gift card received
09/04 - new order placed
10/04 - delivered
13/04 - returned (just didn’t like the style)
20/04 - chased refund (no notifications)
23/04 - told it takes 14 working days
06/05 - emailed to confirm I’d receive £19.99 back to my credit card
15/05 - told my refund was on its way and would be issued as a gift card
15/05 - received a gift card for £31.16
18/05 - advised I want the cash as I don’t like the products. Told this was fine and I would receive £19.99 in 1-3 working days
22/05 - told it’s still being processed
26/05 - told I would be getting a gift card
27/05 - I rejected this and they told me again I’d get a refund of £19.99 in 1-3 working days
01/06 - £17.21 refund received

So it took 7 weeks to get a refund, almost half of the money I spent back, and if I hadn’t chased and chased I probably wouldn’t have received it at all.

Excellent service, fast support, and a very professional approach. The team is always helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to assist. I have purchased from them many times over the years and have always been extremely satisfied with both the products and the customer service. Highly recommended.

The customer service team were incredible and very efficient in solving problems quickly. I loved their chains as they were very durable for daily wear, sweat resistant for when I’m in the gym, and finally to be able to wear them in the ocean on vacation without having to worry about taking them off! Overall I would have to give them at least 6/5 even though I can’t!Thanks guys!

I bought a bracelet from this company and it kept falling off. Complained, sent pictures. They said they will send a replacement. Sent original order number yet nothing. Take ages to reply only one agent available

I have a Cuban chain, the clasp has broken on it twice now and Craftd have replaced it twice. It breaks while I'm sleeping and the weight of my neck pressing against the clasp damages it somehow. I'll go to a nearby jewellers to replace the clasp with something durable because the one by Craftd isn't.

The silver chain I got for my son's 21st birthday is stunning. Unfortunately, the clasp broke and I was offered a replacement or a credit note. I opted for the credit note as the chain was out of stock. The issue was sorted out very quickly. Thank you.

Don’t buy anything from CRAFTD. Horrible quality and a rip off, feels like plastic. And when you return it, they say they never received it! Just lost about $100 for no reason …

I order two pieces of jewellery a Cuban chain and bracelet. Quick delivery, great quality; with the right measurements the jewellery sit well and u get the value for what you pay for, if not more and very good quality service and a great team. will order more soon.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! Their Life Time Warranty is a scam and they do NOT honor it. Bought my son a cross necklace and the ring that held the cross opened and lost the cross. They insisted on sending a picture.. How are you supposed to send a picture of something that was lost due to cheap and poor craftsmanship.. This company does NOT honor Life time warranty!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS!

I got a gold cross necklace and its been outstanding. i wear it 24/7 all the time showers, workouts, every condition you can think of and its been awesome its also a really great price being just under 70 has the quality of 100+ necklace.

Craftd has not let me down from the quality to the quick response and turnaround time on any issues

Excellent quality, this is the only company that cares about their jewellery and doesn't just slap their logo on a basic chain from China and call it a brand! I just love the tiny details that are in the jewellery that makes it feel authentic and unique! It feels like they are the only brand actually doing an effort to make something cool!

My son’s girlfriend bought him a £70 bracelet for his 18th birthday. Within 36 hours it was missing from his wrist. He had not taken it off, nor could it slide off so it must have broken off. We cannot find it to prove it has broken, so I am questioning the quality. You would expect it to last quite a long time at that price. She has been offered a £10 voucher by customer services which frankly is not acceptable. Do not buy from here unless you can guarantee that you will catch it when it breaks off. Craftd I think you should do better than this. A young girl has worked 10 hours to pay for that.

I had an issue with one of my rings and contacted CRAFTD to ask about their Lifetime Warranty. Their customer support team was very helpful, polite and quick to explain the available options. They handled the situation professionally and offered me store credit for the value of the item, which I really appreciated.

The products look great, and it is reassuring to know that the brand stands behind its pieces and takes warranty claims seriously. Overall, a very good experience with both the jewellery and the customer service.

Had my chain for years, products are very reliable and have no issue with water or general life. I had to go through customer support for an issue and Chloe was incredibly helpful and fast. Very reliable company.

Product was fine, no complains. I simply didn't like how it looked in person. So I sent it back for an exchange.

But I genuinely had the most horrible customer experience. It was so bad and annoying. They took literally weeks to process my refund!! Maybe going on to like 3ish months. There was so much back and forth, and inconsistencies. For example, I was initially told I can get an exchange. When I sent the product back to them, I wrote them an email and they replied confirming my exchange is being processed. I then followed up a few days later and was asked whether I would like an exchange when it was already confirmed to me the exchange is being processed! THEN I got another email telling me they aren't doing exchanges at this time! That was incredibly frustrating. In the end, i got my refund after several weeks of emailing them.

The product costs 45£. I paid for the shipping the item back to the myself so Im unsure why I was refunded £42 in the end.

I couldn't be asked to email them again.

I bought a necklace/pendant 2 years ago. These items have literally never been taken off my neck whether it be swimming, gym, and everything in between.  The claims they make about their quality are real.  They still look like I just bought them so their lifetime guarantee is simply a bonus. I have been complimented too many times on these items and it feels good every time.  I recently sent an inquiry and the response was lightning fast.  David, thank you for your courteous, friendly and professional approach, it was quite refreshing to know that there are companies who hire individuals like you who take pride in their work.  At the end of the day, Craftd has style, quality, variety and top notch service.
