Great customer service they made it effortless.

I have ordered through CRAFTD before and I feel like their items have decreased in quality, so that is a little disappointing. It’s not terrible though.
On my most recent order they sent me the wrong ring, I asked for a replacement but in the end decided to return them both. They don’t cover return fees and it took about 2 months from the original order date to finally get my refund. Working with customer service took a lot of time and I had to consistently keep following up with them. Overall, due to the decrease in quality and the customer service experience, I don’t think I would order from them again. 🤷

I have a decent collection of pieces from CRAFTD (5+). The quality of jewelry is up there and they only thing better is their customer service. Unlike other companies, when CRAFTD says they will help you or honor their warranty, they mean it!

On the 6th April I placed an order for the following items -

On the 18/04/26 I returned the Onyx band ring this was received by yourselves on the 24th April see attached, I then returned the Onyx Clover gift set on the 22/04/26 this was also received on the 24th April. The clover set was not returned instead it was items from Twisted Pendant (see attached). I have sent you numerous emails chasing the refund for the ring and also return of the items sent In error, I still have the clover set to return. It is nearly a month since I have been communicating with no resolution.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute scam.

Bought a Wheat Bracelet (Silver) in August 2025. First one came in the wrong size, had to go through the hassle of returning and exchanging it. Then the replacement snapped on its own with normal everyday wear — not dropped, not mishandled, just broke.

Here's where it gets worse. They plaster "LIFETIME WARRANTY" all over their website and marketing. When I claimed it, they refused a replacement, refused a refund, and offered store credit instead which they still haven't even issued. So I'm left with a broken bracelet, no replacement, no refund, and no store credit. Absolutely nothing.

This "lifetime warranty" is completely false advertising. It is a lie designed to get you to spend your money with confidence, and when the product fails they do everything to avoid honouring it.

I've had to send multiple emails just to get nowhere. The customer service is a joke and the product quality is even worse.

Save your money. This brand is all Instagram aesthetics and zero substance. There are plenty of honest jewellery brands out there this is not one of them.

Since 2023 I've bought 2 chains and a ring for daily use, a chain and bracelet set for occasionally use, and I'll continue buying because the products are good quality and long lasting as they describe; also their customer support is always ready for a quick response and solution... I love it!!!

Service and customer service is trash. I pay for faster shipping but they won’t refund me the money after sending my stuff with 1-3 day delivery they tell me even though I pay for it they can’t guarantee it and won’t refund it to me so I had to dispute it with my credit card company what a waste of time I bought from Adamans and not one did they give me a refund they gave me $100 store credit for the delayed shipment and the gold doesn’t tarnish like craftd gold the Cuban does it and the wheat chain does it not all the gold matches this company is not it I have email proof I am going to share it on Google I can’t put photos here

I ordered a set from your website and wanted to return it for a refund. Since the 14-day return period had already expired, I kindly asked whether I could still send the package back and receive a refund.
Your customer service confirmed that this would be no problem. I then paid for a return label and sent the package to the address you provided.
While the package was on its way, I exchanged more than 17 emails with you, and in every single email I clearly mentioned the order number so the team knew exactly which order we were talking about.
After the package arrived, I didn’t hear anything from you. Only after 2–3 days did I write again to ask about the status of my refund. That’s when I was suddenly told that I would not be getting a refund.
I even sent you a screenshot showing that a refund had been explicitly promised to me. Despite this, I still haven’t received my money back. Instead, I was only offered a €220 store credit to use on your website.
I am extremely disappointed and angry. I was promised a refund in advance, but that promise was not honored. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from you again.

Absolutely shocking experience with Crafted London. I ordered a gemstone necklace costing £179 and the quality was extremely disappointing — nowhere near what I expected for the price. It looked cheap, poorly made, and certainly not worth £179.

I returned the item on 25th March, just one day after receiving it, and I still have not received my refund over 35 days later. Since then, I have sent 19 emails trying to resolve this matter. Every reply has been the same unhelpful response saying the refund would be processed within 1–3 days, yet it still has not happened.

The delays, lack of action, and poor customer service have been appalling. Charging premium prices for poor quality products is bad enough, but refusing to issue a refund in a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Ordered an 8mm Cuban iced chain, very nice chain but had an issue with it which was sorted very quickly. Thank you very much.

My son purchased a necklace recently. It ended up breaking for some reason or another. I contacted the company and their customer service was great. They replied quickly and gave him store credit for the amount he spent. It was a very easy stress free process.

Craftd has the best customer service team!! The folks at Craftd care about their customers and it shows in every way. They are responsive and accommodating and it has been a pleasure being a customer.

I have purchased several items from Craftd over the years, as have my family. The quality of their jewellery is very high and looks ‘good as new’ many years later. I have had a couple of minor issues over the years and can say with complete honesty that their customer service is second to none. That’s why Craftd will continue to be my ‘go to’ when purchasing jewellery.

Don’t believe the marketing. Two chains in a row have oxidized and 'rusted' within a short period causing discoloured skin and irritation to my partners skin this was a Christmas present and I now have a disappointed partner!. Not only is the quality bottom-tier, but the customer service is even worse. They refuse to refund for defective goods and just try to trap you with store credit or another low-quality replacement. If you want a green neck and a chain that flakes apart, buy here. If you want quality, look elsewhere. Customer service is a brick wall. Disgraceful."

Returned a hat that I paid £45 for and £5.99 delivery. After waiting 24 days for my refund they deducted £3 admin for processing a return. This should be illegal. Terrible customer service. Awful product.

Craftd London is selling items that are not fit for purpose. I have had two chains now that have lost their plating become rusted and caused skin irritation.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled to a refund for faulty goods that have already been replaced once and failed again. However, support is hiding behind 'return windows' to avoid taking responsibility.

They are happy to take your money but won't stand behind their products when they inevitably fail. Avoid at all costs!!!

Buy if you want skin irritation and a green neck like the hulk 🍏
