Appalling after sales service

So let me first start this post by saying I have purchased several Coach bags for my wife and daughter.
As a gift from my wife to our daughter, she bought her a beach straw bag. Perfect for holidays.
After three holidays, it literally fell apart. Think Coach was a premium brand, we sent pictures to Coach hoping for a repair solution,
We were told as the bag was over 12 months old, it was no longer covered by their warranty. They did say the bag was also unrepairable.
After numerous emails, they have agreed to give us a 10% discount off another full price bag.
I can say, as long as a draw breath, I will never buy a Coach bag again.
To be a premium company you have to deal with complaints in a fair way. A bag used three times in 18 months, that falls apart and by their own admission is in repairable, is as far as they are concerned just fair.
NEVER BUY A COACH BAG!!!

Robust! Quality stays same even after daily use.

Bag is cute and best for my use case . I am a rough user and I am using it from a month there isn't a single scratch Mark on it. It doesn't have the bling bling glow and a bit smaller than I expected from the picture, but it works well. The straps the zip the over all robustness I can feel the quality. Great for hardcore users like me. Looks same from day 1 to day 30 . No degradation in looks.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service
Recently bought 2 tabby bags and lost the hang tags on both which is so upsetting I have taken the bags into store and the hang tags are not covered on the warranty and I was told to use some pliers to tighten the chain bit late now
Really the hang tags should be sturdier than what they are the bags are nothing without them really upset will not recommend and will not be repurchasibg

premium brand premium fail …

For a premium brand this was a big fail both the product packaging and worst of all customer service what I ordered came stuffed in an insubstantial envelope, I expected at least for it to be boxed in a branded coach box with a ribbon and coach card inside not even a box the paperwork was screwed up inside,l the tatty envelope which was shoved through the letterbox the item itself was undone and looked like it had been thrown around, I emailed customer service they asked for photos I provided those I even gave them a resolution which I would have been happy with coach to provide a coach gift box (since it was a gift) at least for the price I felt that was a reasonable request , I waited for something a reply a box perhaps a week went by ? nothing, i emailed again at this stage I was so disappointed I decided to not waste any more time and effort but to return the goods leaving it any longer would close the window of time allowed for returns the very very very poor presentation and worse than that, customer service for a
?Premium brand? Was dreadful, I will not be recommending coach UK or purchasing from them ever ever ever again

The delivery was fast and while my package was on the road the updates were detailed. The product is amazing! The design is cute and practical for everyday . The material is amazing ! Soft brown leather with the stitching on point . I would probably make another purchase on-line.

The item was gorgeous

The item was gorgeous and the quality you would expect from coach. I bought the pink card wallet for my daughter’s birthday to go with the bag I bought her for Christmas. I’ve put in my Mother’s Day request from coach obviously so fingers crossed 😊
