We’ve had an excellent experience with…

We’ve had an excellent experience with this card machine company from start to finish. The setup process was quick and straightforward, and the payment terminals are reliable, fast, and easy to use. Since switching, our transactions have been smoother, and customer checkout times have noticeably improved.

A special mention goes to Davinder Sandhu, who provided outstanding support throughout the entire process. Davinder was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we got the best solution for our business needs. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Top customer service

We contacted several different providers before deciding on Clover. For us the biggest factor was definitely the customer service from Maria Patrickson, this is the reason we have stayed loyal to Clover as we feel very valued as customers. Any issues or concerns are sorted immediately or within 24 hours. I cannot rate the customer support especially from Maria highly enough. I have no hesitation recommending clover to other businesses

thought we had 12 month contract!

Much as other reviewers thought we had signed up for a 12 month contract only to find it is a 4 year contract and locked into extortionate rates, have tried to cancel and willing to pay the £120 termination fee can I get them to send me an invoice and confirmation of cancellation. I would be interested to hear how people who have gone to the ombudsman got on?

Sarah Panting got me started with…

Sarah Panting got me started with Clover. She was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone. Great customer service.
The low fees and functionality of the device has been great. The only issue we have had is with the kitchen printer as we struggled to get the flex to send just the meals. Once I worked it out with the concierge it was great. Could do with simplifying and would be great if it had an option to fire once payment has been made. It currently fires just before payment is made. This can get confusing.
All in all a great start for a till system for our tiny but productive pop up.
