One of the best clothing stores in the UK with great staff and a great service

Hi there I am very upset that you will no longer be making your clothing avalible in the UK. In fact I feel let down after having been a constant customer taking the time to browse your items and spending my money with you.
I just went to your on line store and a message stated that you had left the UK well thanks for that and thanks for letting me know!

Telephone sales needs training on technology

I wasted time and money trying to order by phone. Sales staff totally inexperienced. Ordered online instead where the system was straight forward.
Bonaparte needs a freephone number and accept PAYPAL as form of payment.

Quality of their goods are excellent

Great value and good quality goods

The sale items arrived well packaged and were very much what I expected from the pictures online. The sale prices were excellent and good value. The only issue was delivery which took longer than stated when the order was placed but still was within 7 days. Overall well pleased with my first order and will use again.

Stylish little number!

Lovely to find a pure cotton top. In my opinion the lace just adds a bit of fashionable style. Good fit although I haven't worn it yet. It should be perfect for autumn.

beautiful clothes that set them apart from other retailers

I would highly recommend Bonaparte clothing.The styling of the tunics are great which I can team up with either leggings or jeans depending where iam going.I love the bright colours and patterns on the clothing.I also have jackets ,coats and boots from Bonaparte which I find are slightly different from the main street shops and just love them.I would say that 95% of my wardrobe is from Bonaparte.It is very easy to place an order online or by phone.What can I say this is my favourite clothing shop just glad that I found it please carry on the good work.

On the 11th of July we sent you an email informing you that we were not able to obtain authorisation to draw the money from your credit card and kindly asked you to please contact your banc and subsequently place the order again.
Most of the times the credit card payment is denied due to the fact that we are a danish company and it is an overseas transaction.

Mixed

Was pleased with most of the items I ordered. One dress was different to the picture as it had a wide side opening not visible on the photograph. I tried to return it using the return address label supplied. The post office would not accept the parcel as they said the address was incomplete. I was unable to return the item. I tried it on again to see if I could get used to the wide side opening and as I walked past the door the dress got caught (due to the strange opening) and ripped. Now I am stuck with it as I most certainly cannot return a ripped dress. Neither can I wear it. It has put me off ordering on line. Also many items that I like are out of stock. Again this puts me off.

Great bargains!

Just got some great bargains in the sale and free postage too! Delivery was within 3 days and my daughter and I were really pleased with our purchases. You don't find clothes like these on the High Street and the unique designs are always admired.

Poor customer service

I have placed a number of orders with Bonaparte in the past as I like their clothes and find them good value. However, I find their customer services disappointing and when I send them feedback they ignore this and do not bother to reply. My sister who lives in Denmark tells me this is quite typical of Danish companies like Bonaparte but here in the UK I expect better.

My recent complaints are as follows. I placed 2 separate orders with the company and on both occasions received an order acknowledgement stating items were in stock and would be despatched within 3-5 days. Several days later I received another order confirmation stating the order would not be despatched for 8-10 days and, furthermore, two of the items ordered were not now in stock. This system of providing inaccurate information is misleading and caused me considerable inconvenience. Disappointed in this service and lack of response from Bonaparte.

Site is very slow to navigate and order from.
Delivery of goods is also slow takes between 7 and 10 days.

EYECATCHING CLOTHES

I have made several purchases from BON'APARTE and am always pleased with the service I receive. I am constantly asked where I get my fashion from when wearing my purchases and the quality is very good. If on occasion I have had to return goods they have credited me promptly.

When things go wrong they really do

We were away for a few days and our parcel was not left. I tried very hard to contact the delivery people with no luck. They kept saying on a recorded message that after three tries they send the parcel back. I only had two cards so hopped all would be resolved. No such luck. They have run out of the lovely t shirt so I am left with a refund.

I love their products, so it will not put me off, but I wish I could have talked to someone to rearrange delivery as you can with other carriers.
