AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Customer "service".
TERRIBLE quality and QC control on many things.

The trash on this site is cheap FOR A REASON. Customer "service" fobs you off for ages when you have legitimate DOA or quality issue. I've given them two chances, and it's strike 3 from me. UK parts may be hard to source thanks to the morons in "charge" but at least the suppliers actually care.

biggest scam company online today. Ordered a product is becomes faulty within a matter of weeks. Due to the cheap, awful quality. Will not give a refund.

absolutely horrendous service, Ive contacted them on their live chat 10 times and keep getting told the same story, the correct team will email me within 48 hours and never have they emailed me or tried to contact me, yet they have taken my £410 and not delivered the goods.

I ordered a phone that never arrived. After one month and 4 different persons on the chat, they start an investigation to know why I don't have my order yet. In the end, they just tell me that they don't ship in the UK anymore and they asked for the package back. WHY NO ONE KNEW THAT BEFORE? I lost one month waiting for my phone. They refunded me right after and I got the same phone from another company at a better price that was delivered in 5 days.

and they then came up with every excuse under the sun i have now learnt my lesson and will not fall for it again

I placed the order on 21 December 2020, until today 7 January 2021 there is nothing where my order is, I had just asked for the order, a larger measure, fallen on deaf ears, There are no communications, there is no are answers. They often don't ship the goods. If Amazon is worth 10, Banggood is worth 2. Do you want to have guarantees on what you buy? Shop on Amazon, I've been for over 10 years, never any hitch with Amazon.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. If your product arrives broken you have absolutely zero chance to get your money back. Bangood will send you on a wild goose chase of emails saying 'send us a video', send us photos. They will then ignore them. My product was broken out of the box and I have literally been taken on a merry dance to try and recoup my money with zero joy (10 emails, with the latest saying 'please get the product repaired in the UK and send us the invoice which we will' part pay'). Absolutely unbelievable. Total crooks. You also have to bear in mind that they only sell Chinese junk, so there is a good chance whatever you buy will be broken in the first place or will break within weeks.

Awful experience with a JJRC X9P drone. Went wrong after about 8 months. Couldn't get any help from JJRC and subsequently went back to where I purchased it from. Apparently this electronic product is not even guaranteed for 1 year. No offer to help.

They sent me a 3D Printer and the screen did not work. And they want me to send a picture and a video of a blank screen. Why? Its a blank screen. wont use them again

I generally buy electronic modules and radio control accessories from Bangood. I have always found the items to be excellent quality and delivered within a couple of weeks.

The worst experience ever I received a very poor item wrong colour and the customer care is the worst I've ever dealt with. The didn't return the item nor refund my money. The cardigan was like gauze.
Customer care wants me to go and ship them my item on my own through any shipping company. They didn't sent their courier representative to pick it and let me pay for its shipment fees to them
They want the customer to waste not only money but also time to wonder in the streets to return their poor quality item while other online shopping applications sent me their courier guy to pick the returned item on the same day and refunded my money instantly. Terrible experience i don't recommend it at all don't you ever buy from them.

I was a bit confused about placing an order after reading many negative reviews about this company, but my experience is really remarkable and impressive.
The order was delivered on time and a great quality product.
I will use this company again.

Great service! My product arrived in 10 days in the UK and 2 additional days to be delivered by Parcelforce. No issues with the customs. A small issue with the product was quickly sorted by the customer service, thanks to Lolina.

Purchased it on 12th September 2019, took about 5 weeks to arrive, then it would not work, it stated on the instructions that it would take a Sim Card up to 128GB, that was why I bought it, when I put in a 128GB Micro Sim I got Memory error on the screen, when I put in a 64 GB Sim I got the same message. I contacted Junsun and they advised me that it was unstable with a 128GB Sim, but it said on the instructions that it would take up to a 128GB Sim. Banggood asked me to send pictures of the problem which I did, then they asked me to send a video which I refused to do as I had sent them what they asked for, they are just trying to frustrate me.
I sent the Dash Camera back, they then said they would not refund me until they got the camera back, I had to send then the Post Office delivery date which was 25-11-2019, they had the camera in their possession when they stated they would not refund me until they had received the camera, Then I contacted them and asked about my refund, again they advised me on the 23-12-2019 that they could only refund me once they had received the item back, they had the item in their possession on the 25-11-2019 so they are still trying to frustrate me. They offered me £49 compensation for the Camera, I refused this as the Camera cost me £72.97, So I would have had to pay £23.97 for a duff camera, I then got a Email that they could not refund the return postage because I had turned on my chargeback, I do not know anything about that, I contacted my Credit Card Company and they advised me that this does not stop them refunding me anything, My Credit Card is now taking up this case. They then offered £40.00 Compensation for my trouble, now they have refused to do this. This Chinese company is now involved in the PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND MONEY LAUNDERING, KEEP CLEAR OF THESE GANGSTERS.
I see Banggood has replied to my review, I have over 30 Emails back and forth from them since September, they know all the problems, they know everything now this is another part of their stalling, delaying and Proceeds of Crime to steal money for defective products, all they have to do is refund the £72.97 I paid for a faulty Dash Camera, the return shipping costs of £18.30 and the £49.00 Compensation they offered me, and my Credit Card Company says that their is nothing stopping them refunding money to my Credit Card, just further developments in Banggood's PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND MONEY LAUNDERING. Any reputable company would sort out the problems quickly to avoid bad publicity, but Banggood is not interested in its reputation, only in defrauding you of money. They offered me TOKENS that means I have to buy more faulty items and be defrauded again. Another Email from Banggood, saying they cannot refund me my money as again they said I had turned on my Chargeback, so they could not refund me my money, return postage and compensation they advised me they would do, again my Credit Card Company said their is nothing stopping Banggood refunding the money to my credit card account, I asked Banggood to send me a photo of the their attempts to return the money to my credit card and show me what is stopping this happen, they have refused to do this, but I had to send them photographs of the problems with the faulty Dash Camera they sent me. So these CROOKS are selling faulty goods and refuse to refund the money, they are involved in the PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND MONEY LAUNDERING, Checking with other Credit Card Companies they are having problems with these CROOKS, KEEP CLEAR OF THEM. You see these Crooks reply, My Credit Card advises me that they have nothing blocking Banggood from refunding money into my credit card account, I see the one star comments go back to 2010, so these Crooks have been committing fraud on people all over the world for over 10 years.BANGCROOKS

FAKE! 4 cell phone to Italy, ordered No EU adapter -> charger useless, No case, complained, from the seller only lies, Bangood no comment Never again!

I have ordered some products form their website 100$ + paid fast shipping 7-15 days. I ordered on 1 of November and I haven't receive it yet. I talked to their customers support and they are i-diots that are copy pasting the same thing. AVOID with any costs. They don't want to refund my money back, they are SCAMMERS!

This type of products can not be repaired in 2 minutes. Authorized service already returns to you in 2-3 weeks! 3 weeks for the possibility of repairing the product from the defective product 700 km away from the dji repair center I waited ! Don't run 1 person that solves the problem !!! I'm tired of correspondence with boats.If you continue with this system, there will be no customers left!
