Item never arrived. Banggood somehow marked it as delivered. But it wasn’t. Each time I try sort it out, I’m told a special team who I’m not allowed to contact directly will deal with it and reply to me within 24hrs. I’ve contacted them 4 times over the last 2 weeks and every time the exact same line, wait 24hrs to me contacted. But nobody ever contacts me. Very frustrated. No order. No refund.
Similar thing happened with Temu. But On my first contact with them I was fully refunded instantly, given £8 credit in compensation and told if it does arrive. Just keep it. (It didn’t arrive)

Bought an Item and got it with EU plug breaking Consumer law. Complained and was told it would be dealt with after Chinese holiday. They did deal with it after the holiday by closing my case for not answering in 7 days. They never sent me any answer to reply to. Now I find yet again the case is closed. I can't reenter my complaint. Now for a cash back from my bank and contacting trading standards. Do not deal wiht this company.

My son spent £80 of his birthday money on a remote controlled car from this bunch of cowboys. He used it 5 times before something went very obviously wrong with it through no fault of him using it.

"I had a terrible experience with Banggood. I ordered a product that never arrived, even though the shipment was insured. Instead of taking responsibility, Banggood refused to refund my money and kept giving me generic excuses. Their customer service is unhelpful, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about their customers. This company cannot be trusted. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Banggood – they take your money but do not deliver the products or provide any real support.

I purchased a drone which stopped working after only 3 months. It was well looked after, with no accidents or misuse, but it simply failed. When I contacted the company, I was told they would not replace or repair it as the warranty is only 30 days.
In today’s market, a warranty that short feels very inadequate, especially for a product like this. Sadly, this has put me off using them again, and I would encourage others to be cautious before buying

Don't wate your money on this piece of equipment. It is very well engineered but small stuff e.g. stop guides unable to slide under the base as demonstrated bu Dennis on HoW. The main reason I purchased the product. Absolutely no support from Banggod and nothing but obstructions in loading proof of the fault instead of the normal practice of off site procurement. They even try and push responsibilities of a failed delivery on to you if you do not purchase their bogus delivery insurance. It is always the seller's duty of care to ensure PoD. Never again will I purchase goos from banggood. Products vary from excellent to faulty. It's the fault process that will leave you out of pocket. I purchased 5 products based on Hooked on Wood recommendations. Never again Dennis.

I have avoided writing reviews on this company as had little trouble but now it's time. I ordered two usb heating flasks, 1 cream, 1 purple. Despite showing stock available when ordering, weeks later I was told they were out of stock. And later said I could change the colour to purple so they could send them. The fact that 1 already was, they still hadn't sent that one. I did change to purple and throughout the whole time I'd been looking at stock levels and it always showed stock available. After I emailed saying I'd accept any colour my email was ignored and 2 week later having heard nothing I contacted again to say I wanted a full and immediate refund. The reply was "We'll have to see if we can refund you". I did then get the refund quickly after that but really there was no reason as they had stock and confirmed that by saying if I changed colour they could supply. But they didn't. This has happened in the past but it's years since my last order.

As usual it depends on what product you are purchasing, everyone expects 5 star service and a perfect product for a cheap price. GET REAL PEOPLE ! I have purchased a few RC vehicles and spare parts and had no issue with the product or a refund which I asked for when a battery was not delivered ( battery disappeared in the UK )

When I purchased this item it made claims the you could view the whole of the coins but this was not the case I contacted them and the said it would need and additional piece which would cost more money and as I did not want to spend any more money I asked for a refund and I had to pay £12.45p to send it back and every time I check there is some excuse saying they cannot find it and the post for the return address was wrong and this was the address they gave me in Germany they now say its stuck in Customs and I may have to pay more money , so I have had enough I would like my money back please. Bought a remote control mini for my son for Christmas, by end of January, the battery was no longer charging.I sent a video of the issue (this can be seen on the video - the light no longer flashes as per instruction). I received a reply stating it was no longer in warranty (after 3 months). I replied saying this was not acceptable but they called me 'dear' and closed the case without offering anything, not even a repair or any advice (which I'd asked for). AVOID.

Bought in good faith refurbished laser unit in december 2024, arrived quickly but was basically smashed and dangerous. Took Banggood 2 weeks to bother to contact back and were more interested in blame than fixing - broken internal USB / power / missing parts and broken safety glass a delivery issue? Told it would take up to 30 days for UK side to send UK located needed parts to UK.
30 days later they have closed the ticket and refuse to open it.
Still no delivery or attempt, they also seem happy to breach UK sales laws.
Even Atomstack are asking if it has been dealt with and NO!
Now we apparently have to start again..... guessing small claims may wake them up with damages.

Had an issue with 1 unit in a pack of 10 I purchased.
Sent them numerous videos of what was wrong with item over a period of 2 months and don't seem any closer to resolving my issue. I've started using aliexpress who appear to be much more professional

Customer service is very unprofessional and unhelpful. They will never solve your problem rather make you dissatisfied with their lame excuses and explanations.
I have received a faulty nitecore powerbank, they are not helping me with the refund. Seems like they will send you the product whatever you purchased but if problem occurs they wont be there to solve it.
