problem with my anycubic ace pro
Even though all there communication is done through email I have always had a reply by the next day or if at a weekend it's always been the next working day, even then they are very understanding as to what the problem you have got and help you out with either sending you a link to how it can be can be sorted out first and if that doesn't work then they are very happy to send you out a replacement part to repair your item with.. I love my anycubic printers, The first one I had was the anycubic kobra 2 max and now I have got the anycubic korba 3 max, I will be honest I won't use any other make of 3d printers now. Purchased a new Anycubic Kobra 3 combo direct from Anycubic in November 2024 (now Sept 2025). In less than 1 year it has needed a replacement screen, hot end, heated bed and now a new ACE Motherboard.
Also during this period, Anycubic released a V2 of this printer, yet warranty on most product parts for the V1 is only 3 months (which clearly tells you they have little faith in the build quality). I can’t help feeling like I’m paying Anycubic to be a beta tester for their new products and as much I have tried to support this brand, I’ve now had enough and will not be giving them any more of my money.
Extruder problem.
Having an error code, on my kobra s1 i took off the extruder to remove a piece of filament. the tiny spring flew off somewhere. I contacted the anycubic support team. the service given to me was of the utmost help. Anycubic should be very proud of their team.

Got in touch regarding an issue. My issue was resolved within the day and a replacement was sent out promptly. I've been using Anycubic's products exclusively for 5 years now and they've made it a great experience!

Had a minor issue with my Kobra 3. The support team asked for detailed information about the problem, provided clear options for providing that and then dealt with the problem super quickly. Couldn't be happier. It's a great printer and the support makes the experience even better.

Suarez replied within hours of me raising the need for a replacement printhead under warranty. He identified cause of damage ( a minor build error) and replacements shipped within 24 hours of raising issue.

Lost the small spring from the extruder whilst unblocking stuck filament, contacted Anycubic and they shipped replacement at no charge.
Redefining the technical support experience
I've owned a bunch of 3D printers over the years and technical support has generally been lack lustre. But my experiences with Anycubic have been an order of magnitude better than any other company in this space. My K3 is a great product anyway and rarely lets me down but given the high volume of use mine gets it's inevitable that parts will fail from time to time. And when this happens it's reassuring to know that I'm dealing with a company that responds in hours not days and one where the response is usually helpful and proactive. Highly commend and recommend both the company and their products.

Got a anycubic cobra 3 combo for my Christmas from my wife in 2024. Straight out box it was great absolutely love it. Fast forward 7 months and the hotend starts to leak, I contact anycubic and they have sent out replacement parts completely hassle and fuss free so couldn’t be happier with that outcome. Looking at buying a 2nd printer at the moment, more than likely the larger one but overall id 100% recommend anycubic printers.

Support services are kind helpfull and get your problem sorted quickly, response tines are usually within 24h. parts are ither sent out for free or for a fair price and usually arrive within 7-10 days. They are also still happy to help out with thier older printers too. Kind thanks to Obi and Bell who helped me out this time.

I love my M7 Pro so much I added the M7 Max and it is absolutely awesome. They have been churning out very impressive results 24/7 non stop. I can increase my commercial output with confidence.

I Purchased my Kobra S1 Combo a month ago, had a few teething issues, but with the excellent support from the Any cubic team they were resolved quickly, keep up the great support.

Purchased a kobra 3 combo at the start of the year and its been the best printer ive had to date ive had only one hardware issue and Anycubic are fixing that free of charge for me going above and beyond for their customer on this one.
