If I could score less i would. SCAM company demanding up front fees by payment cards. So called customer service appalling and at one point was vile and sexually explicit on the phone. Complaints ignored. Refusal to provide details to make formal complaints. Wrote to board if directors twice and also ignored. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY PREY ON VULNERABLE PEOPLE.
PaySafe Finance / UK Finance offered me a Loan. BUT I had to pay 3 upfront charges by Gift Card. This is illegal according to the FCA. My bank blocked the 4th and last review marking it as being "probably a "SCAM". I Contacted the FCA and Action Fraud team and my banks who declared them acting illegally. This is a FACT. Please dont fall for them ? I would never trust a company who "insisted I pay upfront charges for a Loan or Credit Card. Please, never give these your debit / credit card details. I got "robbed" for £ hundreds. Thanks.
