Don't get all the whining.

Create a UJAM account at UJAM. Download the app. Log in with your UJAM credentials, done. I have all of their virtual guitarist products for the simple reason they work and are good at what they do, which is rhythm guitar. The beatmakers are right in the pocket. When you fly out the groove as MIDI and drive something like Battery it's the shortest distance to a pop drum track, which isn't rocket science anyway. Lots of vendors have equivalent products that are generally more of a pain to use, or get immediately useful results out of, but the UJAM gear is perfect for the time you don't need or want to overthink a process so you can pretend to be a "producer." These things, like sample libraries, are for cut and paste pop/dance tunes. With Amber 2 and Rico or Dope you can do anything from tropical cafe Jacuzzi jazz to retro reggae to indie hipster folk to twang. Now. Did I just give out my granddaughter's playlist? Yep. Don;t make it more work than it is, or expect it to be what it's not. And get digital literate with VST apps or quit because it's the way forward.

As far as I can see their product just doesn't work.

I purchased the UJAM virtual pianist vogue but couldnt install the UJAM app. Thats why my money spent was a waste. Ujam didnt do anything to slove my problem instead of several communications

I purchased Ujam's full bundle during their Black Friday sale and then found out eventually about a few plugins not supporting VST3, which is why I contacted the Ujam team.
Ujam's customer support was outstanding, especially considering the busy sale period. They promptly informed me of a slightly longer waiting time and then were incredibly helpful, even responding over the weekend and assisting me through a live screen-sharing session.Their dedication turned my initial disappointment into satisfaction, as all my concerns were thoroughly addressed.
I am now using VST2 as a temporary solution until the plugins are updated for VST3 support.

Highly recommend Ujam for their excellent products and customer care!

Good plugins, bad customer service. I have been using their plugins for a while and have pretty much the whole collection except beatmakers as they are useless to me. Some people say their plugins are buggy, but I have never had an issue and I used them on two different PCs with no issues, idk. The other day I wanted to buy their new Virtual Pianist Score, but I was wrongfully denied payment due to sanctions on Russia and Belarus, but I live in the US, and have never lived in either of those countries or have even traveled there. When I tried to explain that, the support just ghosted me out. This is how they treat customers that have spent more than $1000 on their plugins. But I love Iron 2, I wish they also had a standalone amp plugin as it sounds really good.

Update:
Few days later they contacted me to try and go through the payment once again and gave me the coupon for VP-Score (as the discount at which I originally wanted to buy it ended), but I have already purchased it from BigFish at that price. I also mentioned that I couldn't switch my email, so they did it and everything should be fine from now on.

Great plugins! Fun to use, sounds awesome, inspiring ! Love the guitar plugins, the drum ones are great, the orchestral stuff too!

Update: After an email conservation all cleared up and the company was able to solve all problems. At the end it was a bad experience but then it changed to a good experience. So we can change the Stars from one to five!

This enterprise is embarrassing and leads to economic losses. After we bought the VOGUE and wanted to activate it. But it didn't work. The UJAM APP is the horror. Support took 2 days and then could not help. Through the APP all already purchased and activated products were put back into TRIAL mode and we had to do a lot of handholding so that we could activate the plugins again. Then we tried to install VOGUE again and activate it. To do this, we had to use the UJAM APP again. But instead of activating VOGUE, the UJAM APP put all the plugins back into TRIAL mode and we could start the work all over again. VOGUE is still not activated and no answers or solutions from support. Since we have arranged some songs with the VOGUE in TRIAL version and have to give songs to the record company until the weekend, which is not possible now, we have a damage of almost 40.000 € and we have to see if we will sue UJAM. We can not say good things about this company and you have to know yourself if you want to buy here.

I dont recommend it. I got three products of them (UJAM Nemesis, Dope and Glory) for free for buying plugins at plugin boutique and I even won Nemesis at a Youtube givaway. Now dont get me wrong, I think those plugins have certainly a specific group of custumers that benefit from the quick and generalized workflow, say a scoring artist that needs to produce a genre he has little knowledge about. But their marketing strategy is arkward and its obvious that they care more about profit than about musical creativity. Nemesis for instance would have cost me 80 eur and I got like 15 drum kits and some MIDI files, all packed into a plugin with a fancy interface. New, unexperienced producers could easily fall for their promises that those products are "instant inspiration and groove with no to little effort" and the shiny, colorful interfaces but it really takes away creativity and forces you to persue a specific genre, and worst of all, obviously you have to get every single plugin of a collection to be able to "unpack all your potential". There are plenty of great free plugins, sample packs and MIDI files so if you consider getting products from this company, consider companies that actually care about artists and their creativity instead of selling drum loops for almost 100 euros. UJAM is one of those companies that just want to benefit from unexperienced producers, like Unison Audio. If you are interested in one of their products, look closely what you get for what you pay and ignore those catchy phrases that assure you "the next big summer hit" and look what goes on behind their fancy interfaces.

Ujam is very "lock and leave" as they say in America for a nice house for sale. You open the plugin in any software you use and get to work. The sound is very professional, great for any skill level.

Wish I had this when I was much younger! Imagine the hours playing with this at home making music.

Today I was sending videos of my software over text to an entertainment industry friend and her boyfriend I chat with often, she who doesn't work with music at all to see if she liked the products. As an actress who has never composed, she was very impressed with how easy things were to use! We barely went through the number of options and she started talking about how she loves the product visually and its easy use.

We have been a customer for years and have bought almost the complete product range. But what has happened to us now is shameful. We are bombarded as customers with the fact that one is to buy the Finisher FLUXX for your entrance price of 69,00 euro. It will then cost 99.00 Euro. Then you buy this article and one week later there is a new offer for 49,50 Euro. With this customers are deceived fraudulently and we do not want to work with this company anymore. As a customer you get no security. Only 2 months ago even the Instrument Virtual Guitarist Carbon (Metal Guitar) was given away for free by an online dealer, for which we paid 129,00 € a few months before. This is dubious and unacceptable for customers.
