Saw them mentioning a "pop up" I'd just noticed - didn't have to click on it. They wrote as if they'd the qualifications to do "testing" etc. and asked readers to "publish" a warning to others if they felt it was appropriate. I did write it - with broken fingers - as the site they mentioned I believe is more dangerous than just a sales scam. I can't write it again, THINK I copied (did NOT post - they asked me to "sign in" first - I don't sign in to a site I haven't as thoroughly checked as possible). Hope it copied as it will make you aware of another site to also avoid - in my opinion. And please - they said "publish" your opinion - be careful when posting - it leaves you open to lawsuits or legal action should the site prove legit. Anyway, hope what I wrote copied: Just encountered them/it as a pop up - had boots that were for elderly ("specifically designed") but looked like they might help w/some injuries - but before I could even read the description an inescapable order form came up (quite similar to what you described prior). I'd say DELETE immediately (IF you can - if not, shut down). I don't play with this sort of thing at ALL. Ignore the picture, you won't get to read anything about it to consider it anyway, will waste your time (is my educated guess) if you try - jump ship and let your system take a deep nap for a few. Perhaps too cautious, but I don't think so. I'd even shift to a secondary email to get something done for a bit. Yup, believe they may be more threatening than just a sales scam.
N.B. No sleep - forgot to communicate the site I mentioned that should I believe be checked - unless already done - boutiquesgifts - they'll find YOU. Quick picture, faster obfuscation and attempts at extraction of identifying information. I wouldn't risk it al all - smells worse than it looks and it looks plenty bad.

They remove reviews for unknown reasons!

I posted a neutral and realistic review on a Chinese business that I purchased from. No slandering, just my neutral (so far) experience, which was not negative nor extremely positive either. Uiliu.com removed it within minutes. This website UILIU.CON is truly manipulative, thus do not trust!

I don't even know who in the hell these people are and they have the nerve to start banning people without any explanation or any declaration of any violation. Apparently, they are the violators, and such have zero relevance to anything. Go away and leave decent companies the hell alone. Apparently, they are a scam see online information and you will know why. Do a check and you see that nearly all information is redacted.
I went back to the site and put my business in and now they say it is legit. I think they change their minds if you tell Cloudflare what they are doing. It looks like it is just perhaps a couple with nothing else to do.

Uiliu.com are scam predators, specifically targeted at majorly Shopify store owners. They use similar words for every review, which is worded to make your website seem bad. It is blackmail, slander and defamation to say the least.

If your website has been unfairly targeted here is what to do.

1. Report them to Google.

This will get their url out of the search engines and prevent it from showing up in association with your business name. This can be done using Google's safebrowsing report page. Simply google Wikihow report a website to Google and Microsoft, for the steps.

2. Create a DMCA against them

The DMCA report will prevent the website from showing up on the SERPS and will also negatively impact uiliu.com ad revenue. Which is most likely why this slanderous website has been set up.

Simply google DMCA I found a negative review of me online and follow the steps.

3. Take them to court
Contact your lawyers and sue them for this defamation of character and slanderous accusations. Protect your website and business. It is hard enough to be a business owner and succeed at business. Do not let online trolls ruin your hard work!

The more business owners take the above three steps, the faster we can put a stop to this before it takes root and ruin businesses.

If you notice, this information is doing down the page, republish it so it stays on the first page, so other business owners are informed and take action. TOGETHER WE STAND!!!

It is really a scam. We have established a sales website but has temporarily suspended due to lack of capital and has a problem of near -sighted service when gasoline prices rise. We have never marketed website or any product that we sell until we fix all problems. Suddenly they told us to be suspicious while we have never officially opened any product. They are ridiculous. Are you trying to blackmail us, Uiliu?

This company does not perform any research to prove if your company is legit or not. I am a legitimate registered business in the city and state that I live in, My company was targeted by this scam company. I am not quite in business but have set up my website and put a few products up. I am still building my site. But I did sign up for reputation defender with UENI and later canceled, so I wonder if this is coming from them or because of them?

My website was called a scam for no reason. This guy just calls random people scammers and destroys out reputation.

Can someone report these bustards overthere! I am the owner of ogierkeys.com and this f*ckin website pops up 3rd to my list on google and claims that my website is a scam, like WT F!...Now if someone succeed in make this website fall, and show me a proof, i am positive in giving him a product from my site for free!

BIG WATCH OUT. This is a fraud website. They profits from the SEO rankings of their target websites to jumpstart its own by fraudulous and unproven claims. They try to incentivize the owners of the websites they target to contact them and blackmail them to "clear things up".

My website showed up on this "review website" claiming my e-commerce store was fraudulent. I contacted them and informed them that I had contacted my attorney and forwarded their page about my website to him. They were informed I would be filing a lawsuit against them for slander and making false claims. Surprise... they emailed me back saying they would take down the listing for my website.... then they banned my IP address. Whatever scam they are running should get them jail time.

I was checking our store on Google and found out about this malicious and evil website trying to bring small businesses down. I read through the way our store was portrayed and it's totally sad and false. This kind of website can make you lose a business. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a new business owner and when I wanted to check out how my site looked through google search, this site was accusing my site to be fraudulent. From the other reviews I've seen here, it is not only me that has been targeted and accused. This is unacceptable and Uiliu.com is very misleading.

Uiliu looks like an identity theft website; they are first accusing the small businesses of a fraud or scam with no legit basis or proof, then ask you to provide them with the proof or evidence that you are not a scam and are a legit business, including your business and owner information, and it's exactly where your information is at risk!

Hopefully everyone be smart enough to not to be trapped with such a foul trick!

I'm a new business owner and just recently setup the Google part. I am in shock today to see this website insinuating my website is a fraud. They are careful not to call it that but there's a lot of implying it. Just slander as there is not one customer who has never received their order. It's so infuriating they can do this.

Is UiLiu a Scam or Legit?? SCAM!

This website has written a completely slanderous review about our business. They have no reasoning or evidence to back up their negative claims, they've never spoken with our team or purchased from us - their review is just a whole slew of false statements. Their contact page doesn't work and neither does their listed email so I can't get in touch with them.

how can that company be listed with 2,5 stars if everyone is giving them a ZERO or one star. very sketchy review side with works with bots to get the owners to pay for their service, i heard.
