I SPENT ALMOST 3 YOUR YESTERDAY TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY I HAVE A REQUEST FOR OPERATIVE REPORT AND OR PROGRESS NOTES FOR A CLAIM FOR OVER $40,000. YES I SAID $40,000 .. I TALKED TO THEIR FOLKS IN INDIA, JAMAICA AND THE US, THEIR EDI UNIT, FRAUD UNIT, PROVIDER SERVICES TO FIND OUT IT IS NOT IMPORTANT.

HERE IS THE ISSUE A CLAIM WAS BILLED USING MY PROVIDER NAME AND TAX-ID THAT WE NEVER SUBMITTED AND THEY REQUESTED THE OP REPORT. I INFORMED THEM THAT WE DID NOT SUBMIT THE CLAIM AND WANTED TO KNOW WHERE THE CLAIM CAME FROM SO WE CAN FIND OUT IF THIS WAS A FRAUD CLAIM OR SOMEONE MADE A MISTAKE.. WELL HERE IS WHERE IT GETS VARY SCARY, THE EDI UNIT WON'T GIVE ME THE TRACE OF WHERE THE CLAIM CAME FROM SO WE CAN CONTACT THE CLEARINGHOUSE THAT PASSED THE CLAIM TO THEM AND THE FRAUD UNIT SAYS IT IS NOT FRAUD BECAUSE THE CLAIM DID NOT GET PAID. I INFORMED THEM THAT EVERY ELECTRONIC CLAIM HAS A FOOT PRINT FROM THEIR EDI DEPARTMENT TO THE CLEARINGHOUSE TO THE CLEARINGHOUSE CLIENT BUT THAT FELL ON DEAF EARS. I INFORMED AT LEAST 6 REP TO INCLUDING SUPERVISORS TO STILL NOT GET AN APPROPRIATE ANSWER.

THIS POST IS IN CAPS BECAUSE IT IS A SEVERE ISSUE AND I WONDER WHY HEALTHCARE COST IS EXPLODING ...OH MAYBE FOLKS ARE GETTING PAID TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING..

PS.. THEY ARE HAPPY TO GIVE YOU A REFERENCE NUMBER TO JUSTIFY THEIR EXISTENCE BUT NOT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

FRUSTRATED AND CONFUSED AS WHY THIS IS HAPPENING... I AM NOT AFRAID CALL ME UNITED 904-503-1132... HELL YOU CAN 'T EVEN SEND MY EOMB'S TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON A CONSISTENT BASIS NO MATTER HOW MANY W-9 WE SEND YOU, AND THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 3 YEARS.

YOU WANT EFT TO SAVE MONEY BUT BILLER'S NEED THE PAPER TO GET PAID AND STOP SENDING CHECKS FOR $0.62 BECAUSE PROVIDERS ARE NOT CASHING THEM, THEY ARE FRAMING THEM BECAUSE THEY FIND IT VERY AMUSING THAT YOU WOULD SPEND MORE MONEY ON POSTAGE THAN THE CHECK IS WORTH AND THEN YOU SEND A NOTICE OF WHY THE CHECK IS NOT CASHED.. ANYONE STUPID ENOUGH TO SEND A CHECK FOR $0.62 HAS NO UNDERSTANDING THAT THE PAPER AND POSTAGE IS MORE THAN THE CHECK IS WORTH.

MAYBE SOMEONE IN UPPER MANAGEMENT MAY READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND THIS IS A PROBLEM!!!!!!!!
