My package disappeared during delivery. Ugreen has been very responsive for the follow-up on the case and the reshipment.

I bought their Revodok thunderbolt 5 dock. The delivery was perfect. I got a discount on the full price. The design and functionality of the dock is perfect. This is my first Ugreen product. This company is on another level.
Seriously the dock is so well designed. Extremely impressed.

I already bought more products, I needed cat8 ethernet cables.

I bought a UGreen 1000mah wireless battery charger because Linus Tech Tips was advertising them and thought they would be reputable. About 2 weeks after purchase, it bricked every usb port on my work computer when I was trying to charge it via usb-c. My poor IT guy had to replace my entire computer because of this. Now about a month after that, it has gone full spicy balloon and the battery is popping out of the case. What a waste of money. I will never buy anything from them again.

The last year I bought 3 times one USB-C-A charger and some USB-C cables I am very fund of all of them.
Last month I need to change something in my account that I am not able to do by myself, the customer service helps to solve it for me with a lot of patience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong charging station and contacted UGREEN support to request a change. Not only did they quickly understand the situation, but they also upgraded my order to the correct Qi2-certified model and covered the price difference themselves, without me even asking.

The communication was fast, kind and professional from start to finish. They kept me informed, handled everything smoothly, and the replacement item arrived in perfect condition. The product is excellent — compact, strong magnets, and great for iPhone fast charging.

This is what true customer service looks like. I will definitely buy from UGREEN again and recommend them without hesitation.

Please read the returns policy before purchase as you can only return in original.packaging. ordered a car charger the quality of the product was terrible I could not return the item as I disposed of the original item. The items do not match the quality specified.

Honestly the products are quite good, I had purchased a USB hub from another company that was cheaper and very quickly found out why it was cheaper, its scrap. I learned from this and bought the steam deck dock and though its bigger than a usb hub (so that it can hold the steam deck) it works wonderfully! I will be paying attention to its functionality to see how long it lasts for.
UGreen hubs with detached usb cables are wonderful, and better to store because otherwise the cable can bend. Please consider making some hubs with detachable usb cables for longer lasting storage.

Ordered a powerbank 25000 MAH. The powerbank was displayed "in stock". Had to send an email after 9 days and no updates about my shipping just to learn they don't have in in stock and I have to wait end of august. Unprofessional

Ugreen were offering value for money deals and discounts on their own webshop and Amazon. So we as a family ended up with quite a few of their phone and laptop accessories.

Pretty mediocre product. Has been are expensive.

Brought a phone holder windscreen mount this had so much excessive play the phone bounced about 10mm in every direction. Lasted all of 2 weeks. Before the fixing broke off.
Was gifted a large Ugreen power bank. Took this with me when had to got to A&E as you know how long the waiting time is. And it let me down. The unit was 80% charged and then refused to work. The screen having error codes. Lucky it was purchased from Amazon so got a refund of £85. Brought one from Anker that has been amazing. Better in every way.

We have a usb plug charger and that has been fine. But you really can’t get that wrong zero functions or screens just plug and go.

So definitely won’t be buying anything from Ugreen again. That goes for all my friends and family. We will stick with Anker or genuine accessories.

Perfect Products Perfect Support

Does not follow EU regulation regarding returns. I bought a USB hub and raised it didn't support wide screen display. Their website says they accept returns within 14 days. This is also EU regulation. I contacted them, as the website instructed, and they said they do not offer refunds. So they are both in breach of EU laws and also they lie on their website. Don't do business here.

No indication of charger outputs on boxes missing pps and pd even if they sell it on Amazon as pps and pd certified.

Car charger with pps printed do not super charge. Wall charger without pps printed does supercharge.

They send you a massage back in a other language than that the site and app is in. Dutch to English and German. Happend 2times.

They send something that you can't use. They tell you to go to amazon and do it from there and then you got that email where you have the conversation

I ordered a laptop charger and 2 cables. The cable lengths on the website are listed in feet! (No one in the UK under 60 years old was taught in imperial measurements).
Who lists 1.6 ft? What's .6 of a foot? so I'm stuck with 2 x useless short cables.
When I asked to change them I got a sarcastic reply and no offer of help. Terrible customer service attitude. I won't be buying again from people who ridicule their customers for a genuine mistake. Pure evil.

I had very good experience. My Qi2 charger stopped charging headphones and in 3 days they assured me that they will send me a new charger.

My 25000 mAh 145W power bank broke down after 9 months. After contacting them via e-mail, they swiftly responded and reassured me not to worry, as the product is covered by a 2 year warranty.

They asked me to reset the power bank and to record a movie clip that showed the problem. The day after uploading the movie clip, I was offered a warranty replacement which arrived promptly.

All in all, am very please with the support and solution I received.

I've purchased a ton of devices from UGREEN over the years and everything has been phenomenal quality, their customer support has been helpful, and everything is reasonably priced. Thrilled with every cable, USB hub, charger, and even my NAS (DXP2800 and now 6800 Pro).

Decent products, but very strict and customer unfriendly return policy. I had to send back a Ugreen. And they try everything to make this as complicated as possible. Plus, they let you pay for the return which cost me €10 to return a €30 ugreen. Which is just rude.

I followed all of the exact steps and it took a long time before I got my money back, but I finally got it. Their customer service isn't necessarily rude, but they are sending confusing, somewhat misleading messages. It seems to be chinese customer service because it shows chinese characters here and there.

I wish I could give zero stars. I bought the Uno 2 in 1 charger from the Ugreen website and it would not charge my iPhone 16 Pro or my daughters iPhone 15 on arrival. Literally straight out of the box did not work. Tried different cables different phones nada

Even after submitting a video showing the charger does not charge and exchanging over 10 emails with their customer service they refuse to process a simple return and keep asking me to jump through more hoops, stringing me along and forcing me to pursue a chargeback

Do not buy from this company!

I bought a UGREEN power bank and discovered that one of the USB ports (Port 3) doesn’t work with any of my devices — not even small current ones like a mouse, headset, or speaker.

After multiple emails, a photo, and even a video, support kept replying with vague or incorrect answers (“Port 3 is for Huawei SCP fast charging”), completely ignoring the fact that the port is entirely non-functional, not just incompatible.

Despite clearly explaining the issue several times, I’m left with a defective product and no real solution — no replacement or refund offered so far.

Really disappointed in how UGREEN is handling this. I expected better from a brand I previously trusted.
