Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the quality of products, describing them as lightweight, synthetic, and poor quality, with some items falling apart quickly. Customers also frequently encountered issues with the return policy, finding it difficult to process returns for refunds and often being offered only store credit, along with having to pay for return shipping and restocking fees. Some people were dissatisfied with the product sizing, noting that items did not fit according to the website's size charts or their usual sizes. Conversely, a small portion of people felt satisfied with their purchases, finding the products to be of great quality, comfortable, and warm.

Place my order in November 2025

Place my order in November 2025. Christmas present. I have contacted this business many times. Email, phone call (never returned my calls), letter, no reply.
Do not use this business; it failed on all levels of customer service.

Don’t shop online

I ordered UGG boots online as a birthday gift and chose the size strictly according to the company’s women’s size chart, which states that AU size 9 corresponds to a 25.4 cm foot length and includes guidance about wearing socks.
The boots delivered were labelled size 9 but had an internal measurement of 25.6 cm and were significantly too large for the wearer, who consistently wears a women’s size 9. This did not match the sizing information relied upon when purchasing.
I contacted customer service requesting an exchange and that return postage be covered under Australian Consumer Law, as this was a sizing description issue rather than a change-of-mind return. The responses focused on their store return policy, offered to waive a restocking fee as a “goodwill gesture,” but still required me to pay return postage. After further clarification, communication stopped.

I am still trying to resolve the exchange.

The boots themselves seem fine, (have not yet worn them) but the sizing information was inconsistent with the product received, and the customer service handling of the issue has been frustrating. I would advise others to be cautious with sizing and aware of the returns process.

What customer service?

I purchased an item as a Christmas gift after carefully followed the sizing guide on the website. After measuring for an AU men’s size 10, the website directed me to my purchase what I received was 2 sizes (or more) too large.
The item was only tried on once when the gift was opened and was clearly unsuitable. Despite explaining that this was a gift purchase and that the sizing issue arose directly from their own website guidance, I was offered store credit if I return original item without any reimbursement for postage. Based on consumer law rights I have refused store credit and have requested a chargeback through my bank.

SYNTHETIC LINED TRASH

LIGHTWEIGHT, POOR QUALITY, SYNTHETIC

Synthetic lining inside a sheepskin outer. Feels light and cheap. The sole is extremely poor quality. The entire boot is a total disappointment. Don't waste your money at this store! Return offer is for store credit only.

False advertising - not wool at all

Adding my poor review to the long list of poor reviews here. Completely false advertising. I bought a ‘sheepskin’ jacket that was completely synthetic. Even the tag inside was claiming 100% wool when it’s a synthetic woven fabric. Asked for a refund, including returning item postage cost but they kept telling me to adhere to the refund policy of $35 (post and restocking fee). No way am I paying to post back their fake product!
Run away from this scam store and tell everyone to avoid them.

Shipping was good but …

Shipping was good. QR code on the package did not work (fake?). They have much thinner soles and therefore are less comfortable and not as robust as my old Ugg boots. Made in China. Has auzland sheepskin on the label, and I'm pretty sure auzland is not a country. Colour pale, definitely not the chestnut in the pictures. Would definitely not buy here again.

NEVER buy ANYTHING from UGGoriginals

Whatever you do NEVER buy anything from these people, they are total spivs. I ordered a replacement pair of UGGs the same size as the ones I'd been wearing happily for years. The pair they delivered were at least a size smaller and unwearable (seems their sizings have changed). I was eventually approved to return them (!) at what turned out to be my expense: $22. Further email pointing out that the sizing problem was entirely theirs and I should not be paying to send merchandise back has gone unanswered. Clearly not trustworthy vendors.

Poor customer service and returns

Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. It's difficult to process your return for refund and there isn't appropriate support with this. The support team is only able to provide automated responses to emails or via live chat.
The quality of product is poor compared to what you would see in the regular Ugg stores and the sizing is difference

Do not buy from this company

The boots arrived and within a week they were unwearable due to pinching behind the heel. Since then my efforts to get the company to take responsibility have been awful. I have sent the boots back at my expense, and now the company is uncontactable. Do not buy from this sham company.

Ordered 2 pares on sale

Ordered 2 pares on sale. Seemed a little off straight out of the box. Wool didn;t really look like wool. Did not fit like other Uggs i have had. Colours not true to the picture ( we ordered the exact same boots that had just warn out, the were not the same) Was going to return however we only get store credit, have to cover the cost of return and also a restocking fee only to get a store credit. We will wear these till they die then go to an Ugg store front to get the next pair. I suspect this sight sells counterfeit uggs

Am reporting them to ACCC. They say product is 100% sheepskin and suede lining. Instead, it’s wool fibres stitched together on a woven backing that is clearly not suede but feels like imitation suede. They must think consumers are stupid. Misleading and false claims about product material. Their returns portal doesn’t give the option for refund. Instead they say to select ‘store credit’ and write a note you ‘prefer a refund’. No thanks, not chancing it with your company again. Straight to ACCC and PayPal claim.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! They sent me boots that were not as shown on line. I had to pay for the postage for the return despite it being their fault. Originally only wanted to give me store credit despite having not worn the shoes and it being their fault day I received them. Eventually agreed to a refund then 25 days after they received my shoes they hadn’t even begun processing my refund. Only did because I called to find out where my money was. Then they wanted to charge me another $10 to process the refund! 32 minutes of frustration on the phone later they have assured me they will refund me today. Let’s see

Their returns policy is unlawful

Their returns policy is unlawful. I recommend anyone reading this who are going through issues with the company to report then to the ACCC, and also to your local government agency. They will have to return your money, but it takes time and patience. I've just begun this process, but I've done this with another similar company. They're arrogant and aren't used to people fighting back for their hard earned money - don't let them win.
