Very quick delivery from ordering

Very quick delivery from ordering. Really pleased with the slippers as they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Just what I was looking for.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. For a start, they don’t offer refunds. I returned a pair of ugg slippers a couple of months ago which my husband did not like, so brand new in box and I got a gift card instead of a refund which I guess is their policy. Very unfair in my opinion. However, I then went to purchase an item advertised on their website in store today, however they did not stock it instore. The staff member was most unhelpful when I showed her the item on the Ugg website and asked if she could look it up and advise where I could buy it. Replied with I don’t know. When I went to purchase it online, as I had no other option, I discovered they don’t accept in store issued gift cards online. So I decided to contact their customer service. After going backwards and forward with customer service, and receiving very patronising unhelpful responses (the service was appalling.) They advised they could not honour the gift card online. When I suggested whether they could get the item shipped to the store, as I was still wanting to get the shoes, they offered no help. Said I’d have to go back to the store which was my original issue with the lack of help there. ABSOLUTELY TEERIBLE COMPANY, just interested in taking your money!!

*** Also just to update…I received a reply from UGG giving another footwear company’s contact details to reach out to which has NO affiliation with UGG. Disgraceful!

I just love these shoes

I just love these shoes. The fit is perfect and Ugg service great as I had to return the first pair as I ordered a larger size after reading a review about them being snug. They promptly exchanged them. They are a perfect fit for size 5 and I’m very happy with them.

Appalling customer service from UGG AND DECKERS

Order placed on 060126, still no sign of the shoes, absolutely no communication from UGG regarding when the order will ship. Asked for a full refund, no response from UGG. Non existent customer service. Apparently UGG are owned by Deckers Europe who have an appalling reputation. DO NOT BUY
THEIR PRODUCTS!

The package was left outside in the…

The package was left outside in the rain. The outer packaging was destroyed and the shoe box was soaking wet and partially destroyed. The shoes seem to be ok but we're wet. If they needed to be returned I have no box. Very thoughtless and poor service.

Been a customer for 15 years and this…

Been a customer for 15 years and this recent purchase of mens boots has been beyond horrible. They fell apart after 6 weeks of normal wear. The company said that it was "normal wear and tear" but the stitching fell out on both boots in three places in 6 weeks. It's not normal. they would not honor warranty or a return. terrible customer service. they jost lost a family of 6 who all wear uggs. never ever again. find something else, not worth the money.

After 45 minutes on the phone w 3…

After 45 minutes on the phone w 3 different customer svc reps, they said that there is nothing they can do. I have a pair of Uggs duck boots with laces. The aglet of the laces stops me from being able to take the laces out, so that I can lace them properly. The boots came this way, and it is very difficult to tighten or loosen the laces. It is impossible to remove the laces. A customer svc rep gave me a website to buy laces! Very, very POOR or NO customer svc!! Still struggling w putting on and taking off boots!!

Customer Service rating ZERO!

I can’t believe Ugg have such a terrible Customer Service offering. The only way to contact Customer Services via a chatbot on their website which is very un-user friendly. When I left the window to retrieve my order number from the email, the chatbot had closed down and returned to the home screen on the Ugg website, this happened numerous times and was very frustrating. The chat but then closes the chat without you being able to explain what has happened, saying my messages has been logged, even though I hadn’t actually said what had happened? I can’t find any telephone number or email address for UK customers to contact on their website or via Google, so I think the chatbot is the only option which is painful to say the least!
If your order arrives and there is no issue, you should be ok. However, if there are any issues with your order or the delivery, trying to contact anyone from Ugg is impossible. Charging the prices that they do for their shoes, you would think they are a premium retailer and would provide a better customer service experience for their customers who are spending large amounts of money on their products.
I wouldn’t recommend using the Ugg website to place an order, if you were looking to purchase a pair of Ugg shoes, do so via a third-party retailer such as Schuh, Office, John Lewis etc. as I’m sure they have better Customer Service systems in place. It can’t get any worse than the Ugg experience!

Nothing has changed, they are refusing to refund me for two items that DPD have lost. I followed the returns procedure, registered the return on their return portal online, used the return label that was provided in the parcel, dropped the parcel off at the post office (DPD) and kept the proof of postage. I’ve sent all of this to Ugg and they are saying that DPD have lost two of the items and they will not be providing a refund. They have stolen almost £150 from me and have apologised “ for my disappointment” unbelievable, a total scam, professional con artists!

Disgraceful company

The US Ugg company is a disgrace. I sent back my boots via royal mail for an exchange, apparently the parcel got lost even though it clearly says delivered. They refused to send the boots in the size above or refund me and I had to go through my bank to get my £110 back. Shocking customer service, everyone was unhelpful and took up to two weeks to respond at times. Excuses were made left right and centre as to why they were going to keep my hard earned money rather than refund it to me. I have read other reviews of people going through similar things with the brand. I would label Ugg as being a scam company, but then again we shouldn't be surprised. If they can steal a small Australian brand, they can certainly steal their customers hard earned money. Do not buy from this company

I ordered an Ugg winter jacket on Thursday the quality was amazing. The delivery was upgraded to next day without any extra charge. I was emailed step by step with order confirmation. Then dispatched. Then the time of delivery. I couldn’t fault any of the services

Easy to navigate site.
Goods arrived very quickly and well packaged even though the packaging was enormous for the two pairs of trousers. A plus side was that it was a cardboard box - easy to recycle.

Womens Ugg Gtx Goretex

Ordered on a Sunday delivered within a few days. Perfect fit also very comfortable, warm and sturdy nice grip sole most importantly they are waterproof and ideal to wear in heavy rain or snow.
