Glenn

Would give them 5 stars but this last puzzle have had alot of issues with. I have a bunch of other puzzles from them and are very happy with them. Custtomer service gets back to you very quickly and I had a piece break on a previous puzzle and they sent me a replacement piece. Really a good product. Highly Recommend

Unreliable company

I purchased 2 kits. One I started to assemble and got to the part to test the gears. It is not working. Contacted the company, who is being unhelpful. Asking for a positive review, then will send a replacement. Totally unacceptable. Asking to send back the unopened one and they refuse to give me return address.
So now I will dispute with my credit card company for fraud.

Wrong product ordered

Ugeargeek offered to send a replacement for the cost of shipping. Perfect! I plan to gift the original one to a recently retired friend. Thanks Ugeargeek.

Fantastic product

I have made a number of these models and have loved each one. The quality is great. Pieces are very sturdy and I have so far managed not to break any.

I have purchased quite a few models…

I have purchased quite a few models from Ugeargeek. The products have always been packaged well and the customer service has always been amazing when I’ve ever needed anything after purchase. I highly recommend purchasing from this company! ENJOY!

This is my 3rd time leaving a review and hopefully Ugeargeek gets this review. I have been very satisfied with this company service department. I purchased many kits from them and never had a problem. The support department in particular has been very helpful. Keep the good work up.

Ugeargeek = Quality and Fun

I have bought several kits now from Ugeargeek and have found them to be super high quality and fun to complete. Customer Service has also been quick to answer and respond in a really positive way when things go a little wrong. Shipped to New Zealand with no issues and always in a reasonable timeframe. Highly recommended for a challenging but fun activity for kids of all ages! AAA+++

No order delivered and no communication

Ordered the swan lake pendulum clock 26/11 and have not received tracking. No replies to my queries and website comes up not available. No reply to emails. Paid $122 AUD. If no reply I will contact PayPal to initiate refund. Will not order from them again very poor service and commendation

Awful Customer Service

I ordered an item in mid October, The website claims it was "fulfilled" on 10/25/25. As of today 11/8/25, I have not received it! In trying to track it, I see that the web page doesn't exist. I have purchased from Ugeargeek previously with no issue, but I cannot get any answers from their customer service other than the order was fulfilled.

Attention, soyez patient!

They answer questions with broken links and unresponsive web pages. They only provide a tracking number a week or two later, and a week after that, still no news. The tracking number seems to be inactive? In short, 12 days later, still no word from Ugeargeek. They take your money quickly and don't seem in any hurry to serve you afterward.
Update: In the end, everything turned out alright! I received my equipment and everything was fine. You just have to be patient.
