Ryan was very quick to answer to my request and it was overall a very smooth process that required little input from my end. He optimized my computer settings as well as graphics inside MSFS 2024. I went from having 30-40 fps with lag especially on approach and at busy airports when flying on vatsim, after Ryan’s tuning I now get around 150-180 fps with no lag and overall a much better flying experience
