I’m sharing my experience with UF PRO customer service regarding an order placed shortly before the Black Friday promotion.
Order number: C25487030
I became a customer through your website around 24 to 48 hours before the promotions started. I also followed your recommendation by clicking the option to be notified about the Black Friday offers. Despite that, I placed an order for two pairs of pants about 48 hours before the discounts began, and I have already received both items.
Afterwards, I noticed that if I had ordered 48 hours later, I would have paid about 60.00 € less for the exact same order. I therefore contacted customer service to find a simple and reasonable solution, such as a price adjustment or a store credit corresponding to the difference.
The answer I received was that you could not be unfair to other customers, which I can understand in principle. However, the solution then proposed genuinely surprised me: to return the two pants I had already received, and then place a new order in order to benefit from the Black Friday price.
I find this proposal illogical and counterproductive. It wastes everyone’s time, creates unnecessary shipping and handling, increases the risk of delays or mistakes, and generates logistics costs that could have been avoided with a simple commercial gesture.
More importantly, this policy can also penalize other customers. If stock is limited during Black Friday, returning items that are already delivered just to repurchase them can unnecessarily tie up sizes and prevent other people from taking advantage of the offer. In the end, it does not seem beneficial either for customers or for your organization.
On top of that, my exchange with the representative became a real struggle. I spent at least three hours going back and forth in discussion, which is completely disproportionate for a situation that could have been resolved in a much simpler way.
To be clear, the products may be very good, and I am not writing this review to attack the brand. I am simply pointing out that, from a customer service perspective, the solution proposed in this specific case was disappointing because it was disproportionate and lacked common sense.
I’m leaving this review so that other customers know what to expect in a similar situation. As a result, I have decided that I will no longer be a customer of a company whose policy I find so unreasonable.

I have tried and tested their combat pants and combat shirts and no other brand comes close in comfort and design.
More Than Words Can State
Prior to other reviews that was stated which I had written on this specific site. UF PRO's customer service ( the entire staff ) truly came through above and beyond.
Anyone who had read my reviews, the reasons explaining my specific situation, UF PRO not only supplied the specific materials needed at no cost but picked up the shipping charges.
Throughout the entire process of finding a solution UF PRO ALWAYS replied even though one could not be found in a kind and caring manner.
UPDATE ..... When there is a will there is a way. If your honest and truthful, individuals as well as established companies who truly care as much as you do acknowledge your plea and with and with a little luck you can overcome the impossible.
UF PRO made the impossible and made it possible due to their understanding, caring and most of all kindness.
Thank you sometimes is never enough when a company truly goes the distance and does their very best to help as they did.
So on these last remarks / reviews I cannot thank the entire company enough for all that they do when it comes to their customer service but most important caring for their customers who purchase their apparel. I stand by my words for its only the truth and nothing but the truth.

Disapointing Zippers
After 2 Years all three Jackets I bought Have a broken Zipper. I talked to UF Pro and they offer me to send me new Zippers. I have Jackets which are 5 Years old where the zipper is totally fine which cost half of the price of the UF Pro Jackets. I am disappointed since all Jackets have the same issue it must be some problems withe the zippers.

The Brown Grey glows bright white. For a company that "strives to improve and be honest about their products", no where does it state that their kit performs so terribly under night vision. When I complained about this and asked to return my order, I received no help at all. Useless customer service

Exceptional delivery!
It is a gift so it is still not opened! But it was delivered one day before ETA, and the address was really at a cottage up in the mountains!👍🏻 Wow!! The shipping/delivery was exceptional!!🙌🏼
I had my doubts about the Monsoon XT…
I had my doubts about the Monsoon XT Gen.2 Jacket Black - 2XL and Monsoon XT Pants Black - L , but I took the chance to order it, and I was gladly surprised,it is so well designed and the hood straps is amazing, the only thing I have to say is that you need a jacket for summer and for the winter one size bigger so you can wear a jacket inside.
So only 👍up for this rain gear.
Now the rain is nothing to be concerned about 😊
Lack of respect for the customer
My belt broke in the field. I emailed UF PRO and they requested I shipped the broken belt back so they could fix it and send it back again, instead of just sending a new one straight away. The correspondance with the team was confusing and not really helpful at all. - The products are high in quality, but the customer support is not..

Uf-Pro always delivers. I love their products, the shipping is easy and quick and the staff is amazing. I just went to their headquater in Slovenia today, super service and brilliant shop! Would definitely recommend, for anyone that likes good outdoor gear!

Price and quality are not in equilibrium
They constantly say that they value their customers and listen to their opinion and repeat it ad infinitum. But when you buy a pair of trousers for €284 that are not the same color and pattern (Multicam Black) all over, you are simply told that this is how it is and they can't do anything about it. Nor can they give as much as a €1 discount, despite the fact that you cannot see the mentioned color differences in the material they have on their website.

Ich habe kürzlich die Delta OL 4.0 Winterjacke erworben und bin begeistert! Die Jacke ist warm, das Material absolut winddicht! Regentropfen bilden kleine "Perlen" auf der Oberfläche, bevor sie ablaufen. Die Jacke hat mich selbst bei einem Gewitter trocken gehalten, obwohl sie nicht als "klassische" Regenjacke konzipiert ist!
Hood-Harness-System, Belüftungsöffnunngen sowie die Taschenkonfiguration mit Unter- und Oberarm Taschen möchte ich seit dieser Jacke nicht mehr missen!
Aus der Urban-Linie besitze ich einige T-Shirts und Polo Shirts.
Passform, Hautgefühl, Trocknungsgeschwindigkeit und Geruchsresistenz sind auch hier perfekt, jedoch gibt es ein paar Punkte welche mich geringfügig stören:
1. Das Material sieht optisch zwar super aus, allerdings ziehen sich doch relativ schnell Fäden aus dem Gewebe, wenn man damit versehentlich an rauen Oberflächen hängen bleibt - da hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet!
2. Ich würde mir bei den Produkten der Urban Line eine größere Farbauswahl wünschen: Weiß, bordeaux- oder dunkelrot sowie ein helles "eisblau" fände ich sehr schön!
Fazit: UFpro liegt preislich gleich auf mit bekannten "Modemarken", nur dass man hier eben weniger den Namen, sondern eher Funktionalität und Material bezahlt!

UF pro may not be the cheapest manufacturer of military and outdoor gear, but the price-performance ratio is 100%!
I recently purchased the Delta OL 4.0 winter jacket and I love it! The jacket is warm and the material is completely windproof! Raindrops form small "beads" on the surface before running off. The jacket kept me dry even in a thunderstorm, even though it wasn't designed as a "classic" rain jacket!
Since this jacket I don't want to be without the hood harness system, ventilation openings and the pocket configuration with fore- and upper-arm pockets!
I have a few T-shirts and polo shirts from the Urban line.
The fit, feel on the skin, drying speed and odor resistance are also perfect here, but there are a few points that bother me slightly:
1. The material looks great, but threads pull out of the fabric relatively quickly if you accidentally get caught on rough surfaces - I would have expected a little more!
2. I would like to see a larger selection of colors for the Urban Line products: I think white, burgundy or dark red as well as a light "ice blue" would be very nice!
Conclusion: UFpro is the same price as well-known “fashion brands”, only here you pay less for the name and more for functionality and material!
The best gear you can't buy

All of their effort in terms of quality, customer support etc all falls out the window the moment we cannot buy their products because of horrible stock management, by the time we manage to equip an entire unit with UF Pro clothing winter will be over...

Superb products + Best customer service I've ever experienced
I had an incident where I had left my kneepad pockets on my Striker HTs open as extra ventilation. I took a hard fall, and one of the zippers got ruined. In hindsight, it was very obvious that I shouldn't have left them completely open.
Anyway, I contacted UF Pro, let them know that it was my own fault, and asked for guidance on how I should repair them. What followed shocked me. They offered to repair the pants for FREE, and pay for the shipment costs both ways! All I had to do was wash the pants, package them, and then a guy came and picked them up at my front door.
All throughout this I communicated with Urša, who was super helpful, comprehensible and patient, even though I had plenty of questions. She took the time to write out every email to me personally, rather than just relying on some copy-paste script. These guys really value their customers and stand by their product.
I simply cannot recommend enough!
UF Pro is second-to-none - Years of experience as a customer....
I am writing this review with years of experience in dealing with UF Pro from both perspectives of personal purchases (retail direct from UF Pro) and professional (using UK agents SBI TAC PRO who provide services to military and Police).
The first thing to understand is that UF Pro are at least a 2-pronged company who sell to the public directly via their website and shop in Slovenia and secondly via a 3rd party dealer such as SBI in the UK. They have many dealers located across the globe and a list can be found on the official UF Pro website.
Providing this level of service takes an enormous amount of organisation and therefore, at least within the UK, the 'dealer' will obtain stock from a certain platform different to that of the UF Pro website and sometimes this can lead to delays as stock is at different levels - but then on other occasions this can be beneficial as UF Pro recognise the need for their amazing gear to professionals and help the dealers by locating stock, making the process a little quicker. Either way, this level of clothing is well worth waiting for.
My experience of dealing with UF Pro has been second to none. Initially this was professional discussions with CEO Armin Wagner to understand the capabilities of the clothing systems and other UF Pro representatives including Katja, Niklas, Barbara, Matija, Tomaz to name a few who have all made the processes easy, friendly and courteous.
One of the best attributes of UF Pro is the highest level of customer service. I know for a fact this is recognised among the professional industry across the globe having heard the same from a particular SWAT unit in the United States. They absolutely know what they are talking about, if you are looking at this line of clothing then you will appreciate their knowledge and advice.
It's a pity regarding the single 1 star review on trust pilot but having read the reply from UF Pro, future customers can be reassured this is not the fault of UF Pro and be confident in making a purchase.
So, to sum up the company itself, I couldn't ask for any more.
Reviews on other sites speak for themselves, but I will add here with regards to their products of which I have had many over the last 4 years including Striker XT Gen.2 pants (trousers) and shirts and also the new Gen.3 system with additional lower back support, multi-choice knee protection and additional ventilation.
In addition to this I use the Hunter FZ mid-weight jacket and Delta Ace winter jacket. All of these make up a functional, protective, ergonomically fitted and comfortable tactical clothing system and I couldn't recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for the same type of products.
As an idea for longevity I have used one pair of Striker trousers for 4 years and they are still functional and going strong - so this gear is well worth the investment.

because the DHL delivered my package to the neighbours house ! and they Acknowledge that they did it. my package was stolen ! and the DHL says that it’s ok ! we do sometimes deliver packages to the neighbours house ! well guess what someone steal my package! i reported this to my bank ! the bank returned my money ! but because i wanted the product i ordered again the same order ! and pay again! and guess what ! the DHL failed to deliver my package again ! this company is horrible! i received my money back! thanks to my bank they protect my money against this kind of people! the quality is rubbish anyway this UF pro product! not worthy! i am not recommending to buy something from this guys ! they didn’t nothing! i send them clear evidence that the DHL deliver my package to the neighbours! but it’s took all days that this people didn’t trusted me ! and they did nothing! no refund was made no solutions! nothing! i was forced to claim my money back from my bank ! my evidence was clear ! so crystal clear ! but they didn’t trust ! this company is poor ! if something happens and DHL will mess up with your stuff! this guy will do nothing! so better if you don’t want get headaches just avoid buy something from them! ! and if you live in UK the DHL definitely mess up with you package! because they always doing that ! in London ! some security manager called me from DHL and told me that i was aggressive on some DHL driver ! well guess why! you s***ds delivered my package somebody else and they stole this package! i lost time and got headaches! he told me that he will call police ! but for what? i should call Police on you ! and report you for fraud ! because You acknowledge that we delivered the package to the neighbours! and did damage to me ! if my bank didn’t pay me the money back then what? who will give me compensation? the company didn’t nothing! even i show clear evidence!
