These people have no co-ordination whatsoever. I had paid them for a fee for a B-school application and its more than a year that they have not returned my money. Its not a small amount of 100, 500 but is INR 15000.00. These people are cheat. Don't go for their services.

They are thugs of first order. Educated scammers. Duped us of 50K and then blocked our numbers. They have multiple co working offices and their staff works remotely and can block you at any time you ask questions against their inefficiency. I have filed consumer court cases against these crooks.

Its Scam organization and they have taken 17.5k from me and not even completed the course and in between the course every month trainer left due to salary issue . So they have not scammed only student even their trainer as well, Please refund my money asap

They took the complete payment and now nobody is taking class for my son, calling their manager stuti doesn't help much as she doesn't bother to pick her phone and keeps on declining.

IELTS Ninja urgently needs to address these issues by streamlining its payment processes and valuing the people who contribute to its success. Until then, working here remains a stressful and disheartening experience.

Very well spoken and in beginning but once you have paid you wont be able to track them out. Even if they reply it will be very rude and shameless. It is better that whoever is having a bad experience with these money mongers put a formal legal complaint against them so others could be saved. I am proceeding with same if others wish to join the cause are welcome.

I trusted Ufaber to provide professional services, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeated emails and attempts to contact their team, there has been no response or accountability for the issues I raised. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking. These are highly unprofessional cheaters and looks like just in existence to take advance money and ran away .
I have paid 6k for classes, 2 ladies Rohini and Stuti was in touch till the time they secured the money . Post that with multiple followup Stuti set up a teacher and the teacher found to be highly unprofessional wrt conversation we had and about setting up classes .

I asked for a change in tutor to Rohini she said it will be done ; post they both these girls don’t pick up and calls nor respond to messages !!

Never ever trust Real School/ Ufaber- Pathetic experience… I was made to make a full year payment by the Real School sales team promising the best learning outcomes.. but honestly, it has been a really disappointing experience with their services.. not at all worth investing one's hard earned money that too for the full year plan... Even their greviance redressal team is not responsive at all... I will never ever recommend Real School and its course to anyone..

Fraudulent company. They don't pay salaries to employees. They make incorrect deductions every month and do not provide good service to students. They receive a lot of negative feedback, but they obviously do not post it on social media, except for the food-related comments.

Ufaber is the worst on the earth they know only the collect money I enrolled for their 3 months trainer course after a year it was cleared ( their process is so sick ) they get the classes done for there students but never bother to pay on time inspite of writing several mails to the top management they never ever bother to respond I have been waiting for the salary from past 5 months there is no one to connect on mail nor on call it's my humble request please don't join them I have taken a single star because I'll not be able to write review on it

I had enrolled my kid in the Real School Mission Fluency course. Till the time they took the fees, they were following up. The fees is paid and the classes are yet to start since 2 months. They are not responding as well.

Very bad experience with the real school. Management and teachers all are one n the same. No one is responding to sms, emails, and WhatsApp chats. Even the principal is not responding. They just want money. Once fees is paid they won't answer your call. I would suggest not to take admission in this school.

They will be behind you to purchase a course for phonics class they will offer extra curriculum classes eventually which is not happening. They committed 50 classes and provided only 31 Classes . Which was also started after tracking many people for a month.. there is no student manager no operation manager .. whomever I had contacted they left or leaving organisation .. worst platform for kids .. as they are cheaters

It started when I enrolled my ward in grade 6. It was almost the same as every school promised to deliver whatever you asked at the time of registration, till the time you deposited the fee. The first impression is the last impression which was proven in this case. I had to chase them about the class schedule, as the class coordinator was not bothered or I can say very unprofessional in dealing with parents. The teachers were not professional or I can say they are just doing it for the sake of a job. They don't have real experience of how to deal with children. Their internet service face problem most of the time, and their staff will not bother to inform you about the unavailability. They can go on leave by opting for the common excuse of having a doctor's appointment. Even the coordinator doesn't know about their schedule, and they will arrange the extra class without even asking or taking your consent. They will force your ward to mug up the syllabus by just copying it into the notebook. The shocking thing is that one of the parents wasn't informed about the midterm exams, I am writing this review for those who are looking to enrol their kids in this school, please don't be a victim by just looking at their webpage or reviews on the website. The ground reality is completely different. The fee is non-refundable. I request the authorities to keep a check on these kinds of institutions who are taking people hard hard-earned money. I prefer to enrol your ward in private tuition classes from Urban Pro, which is much better you can change the tutor and you will get a personal tutor.
I would say that please enrol your ward in some local school rather than choosing this "Real school". It's not a school at all.
