The sizing advertised is incorrect
The sizing advertised is incorrect. We ordered a size 4 and the shoes were far too small. The returns policy is not for overseas orders and this is an Australian company for a uk order.
Customer service is vey basic and the same stock email was sent to me despite several attempts to contact the company.
In my opinion, if a shoe is sized wrongly, then it is faulty and eligible for return or exchange.
Poor service from company that appears to be original uggs but is more likely to be someone working from their garage.

I ordered some boots thinking it was size uk 5 .
I realized the next morning and email straight on the site to coancelled my order , but tht refused saying shoes were already in transit !!! what a lie - WAS TOLD NOTHING THEY CAN DO -
They shipped the boots and first refused me to send them back -
now i am stack with boot too small for me and cannot get refund or send back

Australian Uggs 10/10
Excellent communication on delivery date and time slot. I will never again purchase a pair of Uggs from a UK shop ever again. You can tell the difference from a UK/US to the Australian Uggs. Australian Uggs win every time with their real sheep's skin boots. I am one happy Australian Ugg wearer.

Terrible service! Uggs should have been delivered today but because of an error on their side with the address they attempted delivery yesterday at 5pm and then by 8 this morning they have been issued to be returned!
