Its been over 4 days since i made payment for an order and it was a successful payment but my order was cancelled by Ubuy.
I messaged them to ask why my order was cancelled and they claimed it was a failed transaction. The payment processor claimed the money was remitted to the account and Ubuy still won't get back to me about the transaction despite the fact that i sent them all payment details and the payment transaction ID.
