I am baffled as to how anyone can work…

I am baffled as to how anyone can work in that company. They are the biggest scammers anyone can imagine. It's well known that when you move out from an apartment rented by a company they charge you a hefty price taken from the deposit. But man, these guys are the epitome of scammers. I used to live in the norrebro tower and I moved out with my house mate they charged us the whole deposit (around 50000 DKK) plus an extra 11000 DKK. They had the audacity to send us an extra bill of 11000 DKK where they stated that we have to pay it within a week. After contacting a lawyer group (Digura) and letting them take on the case, suddenly the cost was decreased to 20000 DKK. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Additionally in the move out inspection the person doing the inspection lied to us. He handed us the document, which was in Danish and we told him that we didn't want to sign it as we didn't agree with his assessment. His response was that our signature was necessary only to prove that we were present in the inspection. Whereas in reality it was for agreeing with the report. We believed him at that point and we didn't translate the document as we thought who would so blatantly lie in front of you.

Run away immediately!

The only reason I’m giving one star is because there is no option for 0 stars.
The heating costs are outrageous, and the move-out repair fees are shockingly high—even if the apartment was already in terrible condition when you moved in and the move-in inspection clearly documented the pre-existing damages. Yet, you’ll still be charged upon moving out. The property management and the company responsible for the move-out inspection keep shifting blame to each other to avoid refunding tenants' deposits that were unfairly deducted. It’s unbelievable that such an absurd company can exist here—almost makes you suspect the owner has royal connections.

Horrible service

Horrible service.
Being ignored in most cases and if you are beyond persistent/lucky, you will get them answering that “it is not them to take care of this and that”.
Seriously, try not to get a rental from them if possible, otherwise you’re gonna regret it very soon.
