Bought a small air conditioning unit that was advertised at half price at £75.95. Well it arrived and I would not pay more than a fiver for it, cheap plastic quite shoddily made and noisy! Contacted them asking to send it back and get a refund, came back and offered 25% back if I kept it, advised no and come back offering 30% to keep it. Asked again for refund to be told they don’t normally do that. It was only after getting advice from my bank where they looked into it for me and they advised me what it states in their T&C’s that they agreed to pay back once they had received it, I had to send it back to Spain and recorded!!
Not worth the £150 they say it is worth, go to Amazon you can get similar things for a fraction of the £75 without the hassle!!
Avoid like the plague!
Be aware it's scam, a fraudulent/Looters company, I ordered Two smart wrist watches from Ubertech on 26 July 2021, despite my Two reminders, till date I am awaiting delivery of my consignment Paid about 80 Euros. No response so far. No ware abouts.
I would like to give a 0 if possible. Ordered wifi boosters. Can’t even plug them in. Get the run around from them. Please do not buy from these people
Ordered a small air conditioner unit. It arrived and did not work. Contacted Ubertech and had to send video to prove this. Offered 10% credit and would send a new one. Waited 3 weeks and did not receive it. Contacted them and requested total refund which I did get. They just don,t seem on top of things. Will not buy anything from them again as it was two months to get this sorted out.
They don't tell you its coming from china then it never arrives.
Tracking states its been delivered but it certainly was not here.
Poor customer service,
Avoids answering any questions. They also won't give you their address
I am extremly pleased I used Paypal.
Avoid them.
Spammers for some teeth whitening device. I don't do Business with spammers!
I bought a fitness tracker. After setting it up it worked sometimes for a day and now it doesn't work. There's no where to contact to get my money back. It wasn't cheap.
Bought wi-fi booster which I tried unsuccessfully tried to cancel before I received it. It DOESN’T work. Even though for UK market, when you plug it in the writing and lights are upside down. Costs £10.65 to send to Tenerife tracked and signed for - 25% purchase price. Also had attempts to get me to keep something that didn't work from 35 - 50%. They also want to charge as far as I can see two lots of 15% on a return even though the page it was on guaranteed FULL refund. Have stopped my credit card because other site says your bank details not safe with this company so I cancelled mine to be on the safe side. If they fail to give full refund, I have also registered a dispute over this with my bank.
Purchased a smart watch, great reviews, but after one charge will not work. No way to get money back. Never buy of this company
I asked where these were made and they wouldn’t tell me. I got wireless headset v5.1 and charging cord doesn’t fit. Very cheaply made and from China. I now need to return. I told them if they were made in China I did not want and cancel my order. They didn’t answer and now I know why. Since I have contacted me they want to negotiate! This is unreal. The ad says 14 days to return and refund. Do NOt give them your money
i bought a wifi booster recently and when it came it the the biggest heap of plastic ive ever seen, does not work or boost my wifi in the slightest, ive sent numerous email to ubertech and all they keep saying is they will give me 10% then 20% and now 50% off, they now want me to return the product back to Santa Cruz in tenerife which i need to pay for and a 15% charge on top,i do hope this gets resolved soon but if not i will be raising a chargeback
Would have given 0 stars if possible. Ordered wi fi booster and then foolishly decided to read trust pilot reviews so immediately messaged company to cancel but of course " it had already been dispatched " ..when it did arrive it was obvious that this was not a quality product ( the safety label on the booster plug was upside down ! )...i informed them i wanted to return but keep being told i can have various discounts to keep it. Now have been told that my charge of £39.99 will be reduced by various costs ...I am determined not to give in until i get my full refund and have raised a complaint with paypal . Do not buy anything from this company .
Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers. I ordered a set of ear phones. Never got them at all.
Received no shipping ref only a few emails saying that the order was being processed. Very cleaver operation it seems as many people fallen for the same tricks. Trying get the money back via the bank, but little hope there I feel.
Buyer beware as they say
Delivered damaged units and said will replace them. They lied, until now I have not received the replacements. Sophia Miller is not a real person here. The email replies connote it is a template ready to go. it's been over 3 weeks and Sophia cannot provide a new tracking reference. She gave me the previous # . It is obvious they have not shipped out the replacement. No plan to do so, until I get tired of them and give up. That is their intention. I believe in KARMA. So I will give up now.
I recently received a delivery from ubertech. The item was completely different to what was advertised. I ordered an IIok Portable AC unit. What I received was a really cheap, small, plastic " ultra Air Cooler" it has a usb charger to work it that looks unsafe, so I won't even try this piece of plastic out in case it's dangerous. I have contacted ubertech by email for full refund. They offered me 25% discount (I refused) they came back with a counter offer of 35% discount. I have no intention of letting them rip me off ! The item isn't worth a fiver, never mind £79.00 !!! These people are scammers through & through. DO NOT BUY FROM ubertech THEY WILL CON YOU ! I will not rest untill I get a full refund....be warned
I bought in aerdops but i have juiced as country Belize wich is nog correct iT is Belgium Will you please sent iT to Belgium at the following adres:Kakemanstraat 26 Lebbeke nr post 9280. I hope iT wil come in order sinceraly Heirbaut Sonia
Not a trusted operation. Product not what was advertised, does not operate and company makes string of demands including video to ‘prove’ you are not lying. Avoid!
I purchased a fit2go smart watch. It does not work. They asked for a video showing it not working. Then they asked for it to be returned to an address in Spain even though it was sent to me from an address in England. The return address in Spain is the same as the review site that led me to purchase the item in the first place, they are the same Company. If that is not illegal it should be. Individually we are at the mercy of companies like this but collectively we can get justice.
I stupidly fell for false advertising on a smart watch. Tried to cancel but they wouldnt let me Im in the midst of fighting for a refund after returning the crap product they sent me. I am also being inundated through my phone by other scammers. I fully believe they have sold my info. Avoidvat all costs
Omg this is a fraudulent company. Do not waste your money. You will never get your money back even when u receive broken merchandise.
