I can't even place an order, what's the matter with the website? There's no option to go to checkout.. I click on basket and it says Continue Shopping and that's the only thing I can click. Sorry for the 1 star, i'll delete this if I can place an order..x

I will not order again
Ordered buggy online (Sunday). Got a text out for delivery by parcel force on Tuesday. Therefore stayed at home and missed social plans (England football match). No buggy arrived. Chased parcel force on Thursday who explained there was a strike and would be delivered on Friday. No buggy by 1pm on Friday and no text message. Called Uber customer service who contacted parcel force. Buggy not coming today (Friday) but ‘maybe’ Monday. I have paediatric hospital appts Mon-Wed next week which I will not be able to use this buggy for and will likely miss delivery for this buggy as will be in hospitals. Next time I need something this important for my children I will order from a store where I can physically collect it. This is the most disappointingly service for an item needed urgently for a poorly child.

Bigjigs Train Playtable
Great price for a Bigjigs train set playtable. Arrived very quickly and safely. Haven’t erected it all yet so can’t give more feedback.
Have now put it together and it is a really sturdy table. Fits well together and looks great. My grandson is going to love his Xmas present.

Great customer service
Initial delivery was quick, however, unfortunately the wrong item had been shipped due to a labelling error. This was very quickly resolved and staff were polite and helpful. Upon expressing my disappointment but understanding that the mistake meant I would not be able to use the item at the weekend as I would have liked, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the correct item the next day.
Big thanks to the customer service team who helped to get this resolved :-)

I can see your order was dispatched on Monday via the economy 3-5 working day delivery service chosen. Delivery was attempted the following day to no avail and so was returned to the depot. Following CWU strikes, the parcel is back out for delivery today - please track the package using the details on your dispatch confirmation.
