Disorganizzazione Totale - Don't try this at YOUR home

Pessima esperienza di ristrutturazione casa iniziata a metà 2024. Siamo ancora in attesa del montaggio dei condizionatori... Abbiamo assistito a litigi tra l'azienda e gli operai/artigiani, tempistiche non rispettate, danni permanenti al pavimento per un errore di uno degli operai senza avere mai avuto un rimborso ed ancora in attesa che intervengano per verificare che si possa perlomeno ridurre il danno. Non interviene nessuno alle nostre segnalazioni di cose non funzionanti o di problemi venuti alla luce a soli pochi mesi dall'ingresso in casa nonostante ci abbiano detto che per dieci anni siamo in garanzia.
Non abbiamo ancora le certificazioni degli impianti. Insomma, abbandonati a noi stessi.
