From the time I boguth this timeclock the company raised their pricing. Thats a tactic because you purchased the timeclock and dont want to get rid of it. The company bombarded me with calls and emails to sign up for their full payroll service which I did not want. I was not happy with company as it was. The prices charged as we used it for less employees was too high for what it was. So when I decided to terminate the service at the end of the month areleady paid for the company disabled my access. They charged me for the full month and disabled my access to my existing data and I had two weeks more to use the product. This is clearly a poor business practice and in my opinion acting in bad faith. I did open support cases that were closed with surly reponses from the company that I will keep as proof. I am taking further action against them. US customers should know this company is outside the US. I am also contacting Costco so they are aware of these practices since I bought the time clock at Costco.

The staff are wonderful, if I have a problem (which is very rare) that sort it out for you straight away.

We had signed up with Chronologic for a new clocking in system to manage our staffs hours and track Holidays. The staff there have been so helpful when doing this. They helped us initially set up all of our employees and all of the rules we required for each individual regarding pay etc . They have emailed and called several times to see how we are getting on. The system itself is very good. It allows us to record everything we need and can be as detailed or as simple as we need it and i like that we can alter it for each individual employee. It should make things a lot easier going forward which is what we needed.
We would highly recommend them as a company!
