I had my medical appointment today. It was so fast and easy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to thank specially to Dawood who was my driver and guide. So kind, helpful and friendly. A very good experience.

Setting up a company under time pressure is never easy, particularly when residency is also part of the process. At first, my case was managed by Tyrone, and subsequently by Manilen and Bryce. I cannot speak highly enough of the way they handled each stage.

As with any bureaucratic procedure, there were moments where patience was required. However, at every juncture, the team kept me thoroughly informed, clearly explained each step, and, most importantly, never overpromised. Their transparency and guidance ultimately enabled me to complete both the company registration and residency within the tight timeline I required.

Manilen was consistently discreet, efficient, and professional, ensuring that all necessary documentation was properly prepared and submitted. Bryce was exceptional. He went above and beyond, offering reassurance throughout, keeping me fully apprised of what was required and when, and helping me remain composed (not an easy task) so that everything was completed on time.

While some suggest that this process can be handled independently, the reality is far more complex. Emirates Group turned what could have been a daunting experience into a smooth and successful experience. I truly could not have achieved this outcome without their support.

My experience with Europe Emirates Group was disappointing.

The onboarding process was efficient and professional. However, during the course of the engagement, additional fees arose that I did not expect based on my initial understanding of the service. When I later decided to move to another provider, I was required to pay a substantial exit/NOC fee in order to proceed.

While I understand that corporate service providers operate under regulatory and compliance obligations, I found the process and associated charges to be disproportionate and felt under significant pressure at the point of exit. I attempted several times to raise my concerns at the time, including escalating the matter, but the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.

This review reflects my personal experience and perspective as a former client. Others may have a different experience, but based on mine, I would recommend that prospective clients seek full written clarity on all fees, exit requirements, and NOC-related costs before engaging.

One of the scariest things I’ve ever done set up a company in another country (Dubai). But unfortunately, the UK gave me no choice. Thankfully, the Europe Emirates group made the whole process incredible. I felt safe, looked after, communication was amazing. I could not recommend this company more. Bryce it was absolutely fantastic, the WhatsApp conversations were so fluent and quick. Habiba was so nurturing, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole experience. Patrick my driver well… there are no words, Patrick was phenomenal. I can’t believe the professionalism, friendly nature and ability to get me to the front of the queue when he drove me to 2 different locations. I was only waiting for 10 minutes max whereas other people were waiting about three hours. This meant I could have more fun in Dubai as as well as network. If you are considering moving to Dubai to be honest, it is a no brainer, especially from the UK but if you do not use this company, I wish you luck. Because this company went above and beyond highly recommended.

When I first heard about EEG I wasn't sure because the price sounded too low compared to others. But after working with them, I see why they are trusted. The license was issue in a week, residency without delay. They arranged bank introductions and I got an account open. They didn't try to upsell me extras, and the invoice matched exactly what they said upfront. The consultant answered questions quickly and reminded me about compliance afterwards. The service felt premium, even though the price was half of other quotes I received. I recommend them strongly.

Golden Visa for my wife and kids arranged quickly. No problems with documents or appointments.

Licence ready in under a week. Visa approved after my medical. ID delivered by courier.
