I purchased a Tzumi IonVac PowerMax hand vac six months ago. It is already dead. It was never very good to begin with, very little power, 5 minutes of battery life, weird noise while charging. Complete waste of money.
Their service is super bad. I have bought three smart vacuums. One of the newer vacuums stopped working, so I called them and even contacted technical support. The only response I got was a "sorry."
The vacuum was less than a year old. At first, they tried to sell me a new battery. I even had to follow up, but they do not care at all.
I do not recommend these people at all.
I purchased a Smart Bell RX adjustable dumbell set from Walmart (who were very responsive). One dumbell set would not function properly. I submitted a ticket. I submitted another ticket. I submitted another ticket. Crickets......5 tickets and no response. Thank goodness Walmart came through with a pre paid shipping label to return it. I would never purchase another product from this company.
