Excellent customer service
The web site is very good, the prices are excellent, my questions to customer service by email were answered quickly, clearly and professionally. I was concerned about the age of the tyres and customer service provided me with confidence in the tyres being manufactured recently, Rapid delivery with phtographs confirming delivery and the front tyres were stamped April 2026 and the rear tyres stamped May 2026; wonderful, couldn't have been better.

I ordered two tires, and one of them arrived with a manufacturing defect confirmed by Baker Automotive LTD, one of TyreLeader’s approved installation partners, and the tire couldn’t even be installed.
I immediately reported the problem and filed a complaint with TyreLeader, provided all the requested documents, and returned the tire to TyreLeader.
It’s been over a month, and I still DON’T HAVE A TIRE, HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND, and THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION.
A defective product can happen at any company. What matters is how the company treats its customers afterward. Unfortunately, my experience with TyreLeader’s customer service has been extremely disappointing.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered 2 tyres in june and received only 1 . Spoken with customer service but is worst like never . Spend 6 weeks awaiting to resolve problem but nothing happen. Just reported to credit card company.

Deplorable service from Tyreleader…
We ordered 4 new tyres from Tyreleader UK. These arrived and we're fitted by a local tyre company. On driving the car we noticed a vibration passing 56mph. We had the balancing checked by Kwikfit in Inverness. On test driving after the rebalancing we still experienced vibration. Kwikfit balanced all wheels a further 2 times with no improvement. The tyres are in question. We have had numerous exchanges with Tyreleader who seem to repeat the same phrases, sorry for your experiences, we have elevated your problem to a more senior member of staff, by this time I should think it is with the CEO. We live in a rural part of the northern Highlands of Scotland, a car is not a luxury it is a necessity. We have found the service of Tyreleader, from the date delivered, a total waste of time. We now have to purchase 4 new tyres to replace those purchased through Tyreleader and swallow the cost. The services of Tyreleader have been at best deplorable.

Expensive tyre fitting
The garage I had tyres delivered to , upon ringing for arranging fitting, I was informed “they don’t fit tyres for tyre leader any more “. I Ended up paying a top end price for fitting as a result . The booking process was not clear that the price for fitting was a theoretical best price , that was no relation to the actual fitting price .
