A shout out for outstanding independent local traders!
Picked up a thorn in the sidewall of an expensive, uncommon tyre while driving home from holiday. Stopped at Tyre Direct without an appointment — they checked stock of a replacement just in case, removed the thorn carefully, and thankfully it wasn’t punctured.
When I tried to pay, they wouldn’t take a penny and simply said, “Come back if you ever need tyres.” Outstanding service and a great reminder why independent traders in the UK deserve our support. Thank you, Tyre Direct!.
