This is the first review I have ever posted, but I want to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service. I had a small issue with the order, when I made contact with customer service they were very responsive and exceeded my expectations. You can tell a great company by how they respond to their customers. Then once I installed the triggers in my 2 Hellcats I recognized the excellent quality of the triggers, they feel great and are very precise. I have been telling everyone about your company and I will be ordering 3 more triggers for my Echelons. I see they keep expanding their product line up so I'm excited to great some more "goodies".

My experience, in receiving my parts, was awful. USPS totally dropped the ball and my express 2-day delivery ended up taking 12 days and my parts have seen more of this country than I have.

Tyrant, on the other hand was great. I contacted them about the issue and they were following the tracking as much as I was. 3 times it was a mile away, to be delivered that day, and got shipped across the country the next.. frustrating.. Tyrant assured me that if I didn't get my 3 parts, totalling around $200, that they would resend the parts and not just leave me out my parts and money. The communication and assurance spoke volumes to me about the company.

Now to the parts.. I ordered a gold trigger, gold slide release, and gold magwell for my g43x and, though I haven't been able to shoot with them yet, esthetically, I couldn't be more happy, and all the parts are quality and nicely constructed.

I made a blunder and ordered the wrong part. Their return process, and willingness to talk me through the issue I was having was excellent!

Expect terrible customer service when I spent 200$ on little cosmetics they send me 5 beautiful golden pieces and one brownish discolored gold piece. This was very disappointing since I was putting them all on the same gun and when I reached out to customer support they were very unhelpful. I had to go via there standard return which makes you pay for shipping even when it was there fault? I expect more when I’m paying 30-100 per small piece of coated stainless steel.

ive had my slide plate for my hellcat pro a few months and heres my thoughts on it slide plate doesnt fit flush due to too much material or unproper cut so theres a big gap at the TOP of the slide plate when locked in that looks super unappealing to me, design and cuts that they showed on the website looked super cool but the cuts and design isnt the same as the picture and kinda looks like crap, like the website showed 2 wide cut slots and 3 mini slits in between, when you get the slide plate its basically 6 mini slits and looks more derpy than cool. i also am not a fan of the giant gap at the BOTTOM of the slide plate, i know it needs to be there for proper disassembly but i feel like just a little bit more material towards the bottom and less at the top with a flush fit would look alot nicer, also it would be nicer if the plate face didnt sink down so far and sat level with the edges at the back of the slide and then slope into the raised design, maybe its just me or maybe im ocd but im really picky when it comes to things having to line up properly. when i bought the plate i thought it was gonna look like the picture, be bright chrome like the picture, and fit like the picture but sadly it doesnt. great quality but just doesn't look like its supposed to in my opinion, also why does the website show bright chrome gray but its actually super dull gray? i was trying to chrome color match all my extended controls and extra bits to add a little more pop to my design and its so unsatisfying seeing all the bright chrome on my beautiful gun and then go to the back of it and its just a dull grey. could earn the extra two stars if plate was redesigned to fit properly and flush with matching design to whats shown and added a chrome color instead of dull gray.

I placed an order. About a week later I noticed that the amount I paid was refunded but no info from tyrant.
I sent an email and 3 days later no response so I sent another one and still no response. Worst customer service ever

Purchased a 15 lb recoil spring and it works perfectly as well as a higher quality product than came factory. Highly recommend Tyrant for many of your needs. 5 star experience all the way through delivery and installation.

I ordered an ITTS trigger for my Hellcat May 24, 2026. It was never delivered. Lost someplace or never shipped??? I contacted Tyrant. Customer service supposedly placed reordered another trigger June 5 ???
I’ve received no other confirmation, tracking info, nothing on the status of the trigger.
I’m still waiting.

Install took 53min (I have no gunsmith experience) needless to say the trigger is a major difference, finger is a lot quicker with the upgrade, and the pull feels lighter, the reduced take up plays a major role, will give another review after a couple months of more rounds.

Small, American companies that make quality products are hard to find, but these guys are legit. My P365 IntelliFire™ trigger has been fantastic. Will definitely upgrade my next FCU with one of them. The mag extensions are awesome in both aesthetics and functionality. Although I was initially sent the wrong springs with the first set, their customer service team made it right. The new bronze FDE ones look fantastic. As long as they continue along their current path, I'll be a customer for life.

The products and services I have experienced with this company have been spot on. Everything works great and looks good on the gun. I will agree some things like the mag plates have some sharper corners. The videos for installing parts are super helpful and they provide the links right with the product. How simple is that!! Well done! I will be back when they have more stuff in stock.

Purchased items of theirs second hand. Had an issue and was not expecting anything from them in return. I simply asked if they ran into any issues with what I was experiencing for some possible guidance. I knew that anything could have happened with prior ownership. Most companies do not guarantee anything second hand which is totally understandable. They did not dive into a bunch of return questions and asked for my shipping address to send over a replacement. That definitely shows they stand by their products! Again, I was not expecting anything at all. Just a question if they have seen anything similar. Will definitely order in the future!
