I had a challenge with my new Dome 2 and the customer service team knocked it out of the park.
The product works wonderfully and I look forward to many years of developing quick and healthy air fryer recipes.
I already have confidence to use the highest quality ingredients when preparing some dishes without fear of botching the job.

It' a very good air fryer. It is not a toaster.

I did a ton of research before making my purchase, and the Typhur Dome 2 lived up to all of the hype. I love how easy it is to clean, and the big tray fits so much more food at one time than my previous air fryer. My family and I absolutely love this air fryer!

I waited a long time before buying an air fryer because I specifically wanted to avoid Teflon coatings. When I discovered Typhur and saw that it uses a ceramic coating, I felt more comfortable, assuming it would be safer at high temperatures.

Even though the price was quite high, I decided to purchase it. However, after about 4–5 months of light use (once a week or even less), I'm unfortunately not satisfied with the quality.

1. Design issue with the basket and inner edge
The manual mentions that the upper edge of the basket should not touch the inner body to avoid scratches and damage to the ceramic coating. In reality, this is extremely difficult to avoid. No matter how carefully I tried to insert and remove the basket at the "correct" angle, scratches still appeared.
It honestly feels like a "ring and wire" game—where you're expected not to touch the sides, which is unrealistic in daily use. This seems more like a design flaw than user error.

2. Ceramic coating chipping
Recently, I noticed that the inner metal tray has also developed scratches and even some chipping in the ceramic coating. I have always been very careful:

* I never used a dishwasher
* I soak it in water after cooking
* I clean it gently using a soft sponge (Scrub Daddy)
* I never use metal utensils

Despite all this, the coating still got damaged, which is very disappointing.

3. Uneven cooking
The center of the air fryer gets noticeably hotter than other areas, which leads to uneven cooking results.

4. Poor quality silicone parts
The silicone pieces on the sides of the tray feel low-quality and don’t fit smoothly. In fact, they make inserting the tray harder, increasing the risk of scratching the inner chamber even more.

Overall, I had high expectations—especially since I waited specifically for a ceramic-coated option. Unfortunately, this product did not meet those expectations. If returning it were still an option, I would absolutely do so without hesitation.

Excellent product

I've order and used the Sync Gold Quad for roughly a year now and it's been a game changer in helping me multitask on BBQing and smoking. I've also ordered the Sync Gold Dual case for my father which was a big upgrade from an old camera case he had previously. I do hope for a case to come out for my Sync Gold Quad.

The product after use speaks for itself, it a very good addition to my cooking experience at home with this product. The customer service was very good as well.

Amazing product works fantastic. Worth every penny. No more tangled wires. App is amazing.

I have not been able to pair my Typhur oven despite trying all troubleshooting advice. My last email with serial # was rejected by the mail server and the issue still exists.

The diigital thermometer gives a reading in under 5 seconds. The large backlit screen is a lifesaver when grilling at night + the magnet on the back keeps it handy on my fridge

Purchased 2 bundle deals one with xtra grille grate and one with the dual thermometer. The grille bundle was out a deal at all same price and i had to wait 2 plus weeks for the grille to show up after i had to call twice the thermometer turn up 2weeks later with out a case for the thermometer . I would think having to. Wait and and paying actual price had I blurt the grate bundle had I purchased separately same price would have been sent a free 20 dollar thermoert case for free would have a been a good start this us my third Typhur grille I purchased and have recommended to ciountless friends who also bought them. No thrilled how this went.

Great gadget. Saves many steps

The Typhur air fryer is a big upgrade from standard models. The built-in temperature probe is the standout—it makes cooking meat super easy and comes out perfect every time without guessing.

It cooks fast, evenly, and quieter than most. Food gets crispy outside and stays juicy inside. Cleanup is simple too.

This thing is an absolute game changer for bbq. Temps are perfect and I like being able to see the ambient temp as it allows me to adjust the meat and understand the hot/cold spots on my grill/smoker.

It’s looks beautiful when sitting on the countertop too. This should be the standard for all air fryers in the market ! . Highly recommended as a buy

Great customer service and great product! I bought the 2 prong for my husband, but he decided he wanted the 4 prong. Easy return process and he loves the 4 prong. Bought the case for protection. Love this product!

I made my 4th order from Typhur A month ago, i noticed the the shipper had been sitting on the shipment for a week or so with no movement. I contacted Typhur customer service and they sent out a new shipment right away via a different shipper without hesitation. Now days when this happens most will tell you to wait a few weeks to see if it starts to move again, Typhur acted right away to make it right, great products and great customer service.

I had a great experience ordering the Typhur Dome 2 and grill. Everything came as expected and the communication from beginning to end was exceptional. They also allowed me to purchase my products on a payment plan which made it convenient for me.

I am looking forward to ordering products from them in the future and the air fryer and grill were well worth the price I paid.
