I love the flexibility that Typeform gives me. I'm mostly a solopreneur so being able to use Typeform for most of my tech saves me money. I use forms as registration for my session-based crafting business and collect payments. There are just a few things that could use improvement to make it even more effective for me:
- When duplicating a form, copy ALL of the attributes, not just some of them
- The ability to decrement "seats" based on form selections and not just overall completions

Overall I am happy I found this tool and it is great for an early-stage business like mine.

It is a lifesaver. I've been able to use it in so many applications in my business and it is so easy to use.

Typeform has been helpful for us to collect audience feedback after our events.

This is a great tool to make data collection more manageable and just more fun all around! You can custom design your forms to fit our organization and they look really good too. I've been using it for about 5 years now and it has yet to disappoint. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to a few organizational features that I would like to see added, not due to its value or functionality.

A user-friendly form that allows for a lot of flexibility. I tried other forms from Google to Cognito and Typeform provided the level of customization that I was looking for. It also allows for making it visually appealing which is important for participation.

I am pleased with typeform as a whole. The only thing that was complicated was getting the surveys into emails. Overall it is a great website that has helped me in my company.

I really enjoyed Typeform. My only wish is that they would add the features of saving progress before the form is complete and second, I wish Typeform exported form results to a Google Doc.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Typeform. Their UI and UX are innovative and very intuitive at the same time. We'll be customers for years for sure.

Very easy to use and with excellent features for more demanding tasks.

Overall the user experience is great and the forms are sleek. Only thing that would be nice would be even more flexibility with the design.

Generally - Great product! easy to work with

In my opinion, this is the pefrect tool for small businesses.
Missing some advanced features for big organizations such as connection to a main DB of the whole org.

I love Typeform! The ease of use is great. It's so intuitive. The free plan offers plenty of options to send out polls and get surveys done. It's very clean and sleek.

The only downside is that I have unsubscribed and personally requested to be off the list so many times. They have personally told me I'm off the email list and I still get emails. It's a bit frustrating to be honest, but if they can figure that out I would have nothing negative to say. The website itself works very well and I'll continue to use it!

I enjoyed using typeform to help me earn my masters degree. If in the future I would need a similar program I will be going back to Typeform.

Love, love, LOVING Typeforms. I run a non profit spay and neuter clinic and Typeforms helped me organize my pet clients within my sparse budget and connect a payment platform as well as collect client data for the Shelters database.

Amazeballs!

A little bit hard to navigate, but once you do, Typeform is very helpful in shortcutting questions to others to make quizzes and surveys. You can use keys to answer instead of your cursor if you prefer, use a progress bar, use pictures, use a calculator, and set a theme and font.

Typeform is one of my favorite platforms. It helps me create beautiful forms that have amazing functionality.

Typeform has been an incredible asset to my company. It has helped me gain powerful insights about my customers and how I can help serve them better. The easy to use drag and drop interface with logic jump functionality has taken conversational surveys to the next level. I highly recommend Typeform to clients and colleagues every chance I get because it's that good.

Typeform was neither easy or difficult to use, I struggled at first then was able to quickly send out my group message. Messages were received and data was collected. The data display was unremarkable as well. Typeform proved and adequate alternative to SurveyMonkey. I recommend everyone try Typeform, as a new company they will be improving so I will definitely give them another try.
