Absolutely terrible customer service ordered item in February and still not received.
Lots of emails sent and still no decent contac made by company.
Still awaiting refund.hsving no contact number is terrible itself but not returning emails even further rubbish service

Was surprised to see some bad reviews.I have had a perfect experience with this company, ordered a tracksuit for my son which came reasonably quickly. The quality is great. We definitely be using this company again.

Returned an unworn, with tags, tracksuit to them with their returns form completed. Had to follow this up with them over a week after they had received the returned goods (signed for). Then got promised a refund in 1-10 working days. Waited 11 and nothing back in my account. Wrote another email. Waited way longer than the "we'll get back to you in 48hrs" and so 7 days later, after no response, have had to contact them again. Also via email. Very dodgy having no phone number to contact them. So far, a totally unreliable company who are happy to take ones money and then go quiet. Almost fraud. Do not recommend at all.

UPDATE: Over 5 days since my last email to this company and still no reply. Still waiting over 20 days for my promised refund. LEAVE THIS COMPANY WELL ALONE.

LATEST UPDATE : Finally received my refund. Took an absolute age and really unresponsive customer service. Increased 1 star rating to 2 star just because they did eventually get back to me and send the refund. Would still avoid purchasing from them.

Updated review. After writing a scathing review earlier about not receiving an order although monies debited from account, no response from emails our order finally arrived (albeit missing one item). The missing item that was out of stock has been refunded and an email apology offering a discount on future orders.

I brought a tracksuit from this company for my sons birthday last weekend and he hasn’t taken it off since! Very pleased with this purchase. Also very quick service to get back to me about whether or not I would receive the order before his birthday.

Perfect dealings with this company tracksuit came and was perfect quality, the hoodie from my tracksuit was stolen and they have sent me a replacement cannot fault both the company and the quality of goods

THIS IS A SHOCKING COMPANY DO NOT USE !! THEY HAVE NOT REPLACED MY ORDER AND STILL WAITING AFTER 3 MONTHS !! BUT HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY

My sons package arrived today. He is 6’2 so was worried about the sizing but the tracksuit fits perfect! Great experience with Tymlus! Recommend!

Ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas. It arrived much smaller than described on line. This was returned for a larger size and never heard from the company again. They ignored Emails and social media posts. Thankfully I paid by Paypal who have refunded me today after they ignored PayPal. AVOID

Ordered a tracksuit for my son for Christmas never been received or even dispatched. will raise a dispute at my bank as this is fraud for taking money but not providing the service.

Ordered over £100 of stuff for my son for Xmas; never arrived and have had no response to 3 emails. Don’t normally order from unknown sites but seemed v. credible and my son was pretty confident was a well known brand so went for it. Expensive lesson learned. AVOID.

Placed order on 28/11, advised dispatched on 1/12. Items never received and emails go unanswered. Now had to raise a dispute with my bank as order never received. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a tracksuit for my son's Christmas present on the 13th December. 5 emails and 1 Instagram message later, I have had no response and no order. Refund dispute placed and will never touch the company again.
Just warning others of the appalling service. Con company.
