Ordering furniture online is not really something I ever considered. But when I could not find what I needed in the stores, I found Tylko online and tried it out. As it was so easy to customize the highboard to exactly the width I had available and all the rest of the details like color, style etc., I tried it out. And I am super happy with the quality of the highboard. Delivery was perfect. I am very content and would recommend this online furniture store to friends.

They send the wrong pieces and does nothing not help with solving it or a refund. They’ve been playing me for many months now holding a lot of money hostage while I have returned the products. Do not order, scam!!

Couldn't find a good coffee corner cabinet. So I created one on Tylko. Excellent options for configuring. The delivery took some time as it does nowadays. But they kept me informed. I also used the assembly service. They were efficient and did a really good job.

Great website for lots of choice to create your own individual piece of furniture. The website was so easy to navigate, updates by email throughout the process. Great quality and design furniture, this being our second purchase.

The chest of drawers is absolutely beautiful and very well made. I was bit scared to assemble it myself, but it was surprisingly easy and straight forward. Found it much easier than Ikea furniture. It arrived flat packed but very well protected. Could not be happier with how it looks. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you

Everything ok, and the configurator is great. Only comment regarding a even better experience would be a more realistic apperance of the configured item. The look and textures in the configurator window are not good enough

What a disappointing, bad client relations, 4 orders placed over the years, 2 the last 6 months. Lost a tiny metal piece from 2 cm and ask Tylko if I could get a new one what yhey did for 39 euros. I spend in total over the years around 5000€ but apparently, everything is about money for this company and its poor clients relation. That will me my last order and the last time I referred Tylko to my friends.

Tylko is one of my favourite sites to shop for bespoke cabinets and shelves, the process is very easy and straightforward and the communication has been excellent. I am updated on my purchase and progress of my order from start to finish and the price point is great considering the high quality product you receive. Highly recommended

We purchased a custom wardrobe from Tylko for almost €5,000, expecting a premium product and service. Instead, the entire experience turned into a 1.5-year complaint process.

The wardrobe was delivered in November 2024, and the first problems appeared almost immediately. Within two weeks we had to file our first complaint. Over the following months there were multiple technician visits, adjustments, replacement parts, and eventually even a full dismantling and rebuild of the wardrobe. Each visit required us to completely empty the closet, reorganize the room, and wait for new appointments.

Even after the rebuild, the problems returned. Shelves shifted again, drawers weakened over time, and eventually several drawers broke completely when the rails ripped out of the side panels.

Looking at the timeline, the wardrobe was only fully usable for a relatively short period. Out of roughly 455 days of ownership, more than 200 days were affected by defects, repairs, or complaint handling. For furniture at this price point, that is simply unacceptable.

In November 2025 the problems started again and triggered a second complaint phase lasting more than 70 days. During this time we again had to exchange emails, send photos and wait for solutions while the wardrobe remained defective.

After more than 60 days of ongoing complaints in this second phase, we made it clear that we wanted the issue resolved immediately. At that stage we expected either a proper fix without further delays or a reasonable refund. Instead, the compensation that was offered was extremely low and felt almost like a joke considering the purchase price and the long history of problems.

At that point we told them to simply take the wardrobe back completely and refund the purchase, because continuing repairs after 1.5 years of issues was no longer something we were willing to accept.

However, even the return process became another problem. The pickup appointments were poorly organized and not adhered to. In one case the team arrived but refused to take the wardrobe because it was too large and heavy for the crew that had been sent. The entire return process alone took around 1.5 months (still ongoing).

For a brand that presents itself as premium, the actual product quality feels closer to the low end of IKEA, just with much stronger marketing. Online the furniture looks perfect and influencers seem very happy with it, but after this experience it feels more like polished Instagram marketing than real quality.

For a wardrobe costing nearly €5,000, the quality, service and logistics were simply unacceptable. I would not recommend Tylko. Do not touch it and forget about it - there is much better products out there.
