Disgruntled ex employee

As a now ex employee I can tell the truth. TXO used to be an ok place to be but has gone downhill. The lack of structure and discipline has brought the Chepstow HQ in to disrepute.
HR are absolutely shocking in their very unprofessional outlook and are hardly ever on site!

Managers, of which there are many are afraid of their own shadows and let certain people get away with far to many things just for a quiet life.
As a team leader I tried to instill a good work ethic but with zero backup from said managers.

Agency staff are told that they will probably get a full time contract after a few months...this is very rarely the truth I'm afraid. I have no doubt that the Chepstow depot will not be there in the future as the company are concentrating on other areas and businesses.
I enjoyed most of my time there but recently the atmosphere has changed for the worse
