Better than the rest!
I tried both the traditional and smoked chili slab and they are by far the best I have. Other brands of biltong have little to no flavor or are just really dry. TX biltong is by far my new favorite. Hopefully they come out with some new flavors so I can give them a try.

Best jerky (only American equivalent) ever
Biltong is the only jerky I've ever had that isn't oily and doesn't make my stomach regret the decision to eat it. TX Biltong is by far the best quality and taste I've had and the only one I'll continue to buy from. The website is easy to navigate and easy to buy from and I always receive my order within a day or two of placing it.
This is an incredible local business that deserves to be supported not only because the owner is an awesome person, but also because the product and customer service speak for themselves.

Good flavor but fatty and too moist
This last batch had significantly more fat in the pre-portioned 2 ounce bags. I also noticed it seems the meat didn't dry as long as was closer to jerky than biltong. Flavor is good, but feel like due to the recent spike in demand for biltong, this batch may have been rushed.
