The pens sold as fine or extra fine are actually medium and bold. The ink runs out blobby and wet and is hard to control. Very frustrating. Customer service responded quickly but had nothing to say but that it’s normal.

I have been using a TWSBI fountain pen for just over three years. A couple weeks ago, I noticed that the cap had a crach and the metal ring at its base had nearly separated. I purchased the pen through Goulet and reached out to them. They referred me back to TWSBI. They sent a replacement cap and I had it within a week for the price of postage. I very enjoyable and satisfying customer service experience! This won't be my last TWSBI pen...

By far my favorite company for fountain pens. It's a shame that they don't get more recognition.

I bought my first pen (the Twsbi Classic) from them 3 or 4 years ago; since then, it's been one I use almost every day. It writes excellent, better than some of my pens that cost twice as much.

Their philosophy surrounding pens, as something you ought to have control over is exceptional. They are a ton of fun to take apart and put back together. Something that you rarely see incentivized by companies nowadays. Since then, I've gotten the Precision and I love it even more. The build quality is exceptional, it feels like a 140-dollar pen, not an 80-dollar pen.

Of course, no pen is immune to wear and tear, especially my Classic, since I use it so much. I broke the cap a few weeks ago, so I emailed their customer support. They had shipped a new cap the very next day. I only paid 5 dollars for shipping.

It's so nice to see that these people really care about people writing with and owning their pens. I can't stress, my satisfaction enough.

All in all, they're just a great company to buy from. I know I'll be a customer for years to come.

Wonderful pens and fantastic customer service. Always impressed by their pens' styles, how well they perform, and how practical they are. The pen cap on my 580 cracked after several years of everyday use, and TWSBI sent me a replacement for only a $4 shipping fee. My favourite pen looks brand new and ready to scribble again.
