Blisters galore, with both OG+ and OG's. Serious blisters ... Twoobs told me to wear them around the house with socks to soften. Definitely not 1000% comfy as they claim ... I posted my 1 star review 3 times on their website, and 3 times they deleted it ... very professional Twoobs. World's worst and expensive sandals Twoobs. Not recommended. Buyer beware.
Not great at being online only
As a predominantly online only company you can only base your purchases on the information provided on their website, IMHO their fit guide is inaccurate.
I purchased based on their fit guide and the shoes were uncomfortable and hard to walk in, they also looked like crap. Apparently they only say that their shoes fit wider feet without actually showing what that “fit” might look like.
Additionally, since I bought and wore these I have posted feedback on their FB page- which was delete, along with some of the other negative reviews
I found the customer service brilliant…
I found the customer service brilliant from the moment I bought my sandals. I contacted Twoobs twice and each time my issue was treated respectfully, and the issue was resolved completely to my satisfaction.
Terrible customer service
I love the product (BFF+) but I only wore them for a week before the platform began to crease in a pretty ugly way. I have since emailed their customer service team 3 times over the course of two weeks and have heard nothing back. I’m actually really disappointed because I have been tossing up buying theses shoes for some time and all I wanted was to talk to someone about what was going on with my order. Will not be buying from Twoobs again. The three stars are for the cute product only.
Appalling customer service
Seems to be a good product but their customer service is appalling
Bought a pair as a gift for someone who already has a pair and who loves them. I signed up to get the free bottle of protector spray. Followed the Twoob instructions and found myself with 2 bottles of spray with me having to pay for one. Quick email to them asking to amend and refund. Got the frustrating AI bot (do they realise how resource hungry AI is - ironic for a company that promotes itself as sustainable). After that argument, finally got forwarded to (I think) a real person who blamed me for the error (tip: never blame the customer). Did get refunded the cost of the spray and was allowed to keep both bottles.
After this interaction I was then sent a survey for my opinions on their customer service - LOL! I gave them an honest response, no one bothered to get back to me and I've given them over a month to do so, so I am now publicly calling them out.
I was going to buy a pair of sandals for myself but their poor customer service put me right off.
To Twoobs: I followed the instructions you sent me. I did not make an error.
And you're still putting the issue back on me.

Overpriced and poor quality.
Wore the shoes three times just walking around Melbourne. Ended up with massive blisters on my heels and the soles started peeling! Not worth the money. It was a big effort to get a refund as they said they had been water damaged which wasn’t the case. Had to drop the ‘consumer law’ line to get them to listen.
TWOOBS are an absolute scam
TWOOBS are an absolute scam - I bought my partner the OG+ for Christmas and within 1 day they started to bubble. After the second day of use they were completely worn and peeling.
I emailed them 4 days after they were delivered with photos seeking a refund. They tried to gaslight me and suggested that the damage was caused by water exposure (completely untrue) and/or overuse (which is farcical after 4 days 😅).
It took about 5 emails before they agreed to a refund (which you are entitled to under Australian Consume Law). However, they tried to assert I was not entitled to a refund or replacement under the ACL. Having a legal background, I know full well that is not the case and promptly called them out.

Comfortable, but quality is lacking
I will give them that they are comfortable and cute with the bright colours. But I feel they are extremely overpriced based on the quality. They scuff so easily and any little scrape takes off the colour. I'm nice to my shoes (adding protectors to sneakers and even bought the protector for my twoobs), but a little trip on the sidewalk and you will gouge out a chunk of shoe and then white is exposed. For how expensive they are, the quality should be much better.
Stylish, comfortable and super-durable
Outstanding customer service. Fabulous shoes that go the distance for comfort and style without colour fading or wearing out. Have most colours in the platform range. It is all I have worn all summer for the last 4 years. Lightweight to pack when travelling. Highly recommend.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I own like two pairs and was a staunch advocate till recently. Ordered a pair on sale…after 6 weeks of no delivery I emailed the team who said they were moving warehouses n needed more time but shouldn’t be more than a week. Two weeks later nothing so I emailed again and got the same “oh my gosh so much is on” response. Two weeks later I get an automated email saying your order has been cancelled and we will process your refund. Ridiculous !! Never again.
Overpriced and poor quality
Overpriced for what they are. The OG is not comfy enough for walking lots of steps when traveling. The colour has bubbled/peeled on the heel area after only a few uses. Very disappointed. Not a good quality sandal. Don’t recommend at all. The marketing and hype is good, but they should focus on a better quality product given the expensive pricing.
OK at best
OK at best, absolutely dreadful to wear for a few hours/a day on your feet waking around. Immense pain after a day at Disneyland in them. My sister also wearing Twoobs felt the same. Our mother and her husband wearing other shoes were fine, so it wasn't just the walking - it was the shoes. So flat, hard,0 support. I'd never ever buy again.
Does not live up to the Hype.
The stitching on the shoe is rough and digs in to the side of your feet.I have wide feet not enough support in the sandal.I purchased the Ogg Piglet on sale so unfortunately could not return.Colour was nice as described.
Poor quality and their only suggestion was that I sell the shoes
The shoes were sale, so no returns, but the paint came off the front after just one wear. They're also way harder than Birkenstocks. Customer service didn't seem to care that they were so easily damaged after one short wear. I just got overly trendy emoji-laden emails suggesting I sell them on Facebook marketplace.
Plastic material
Look, I might be on my own here but I wore these in pregnancy and the synthetic plastic material made my feet sweat so bad!! I was literally sliding around in them. I thought it was just pregnancy but they are still feel yucky to wear now. The pink colour of the lining has turned yellow. So gross. Aside from that they are kind of comfy, just look gross now.
Literally obsessed
Literally obsessed
First of all, the shoes. I have the OG+ (the platform ones) in Spaghetti Sauce red and my goodness they are so fabulous and comfortable! I went away for a week and they were the only shoes I took and they were perfect for everything. I wore them to the beach, I wore them out for dinner, I wore them on long walks and they were so comfortable. It took a couple of days to break them in at the very beginning but now they are an absolute dream.
Second, the customer service with the Twoobs team is incredible! When my second order (a pair for my mum because she is equally obsessed) went astray, they were straight on it, with speedy replies to my questions. The Twoobs team went above and beyond to resolve my issue and I am so pleased with the outcome.
I can't recommend Twoobs enough! If you've been thinking about buying some, take this as your sign to do it now!
Best ever after sales service
I returned my Twoobs because the colour didn't suit. The return and refund process was really quick and easy. I'm impressed and won't hesitate to buy Twoobs again.
I really want to love this brand
I really want to love this brand - but the sandals have not been sustainable. Any slight bumps / skids with the ground and colour chips off. The sole also starts to peel / form bubbles. Now the sole has fallen off after 4 months of wear.

Twoobs experience
Oopsy Shoe Experience.
A bit devo writing this one as the marketing for them was so good and I had such high hopes as the brand espouses all of my values.
But after 4 wears (and I'm literally talking about a 10 minute round trip to school and back) the colour has started to peel off at the heels.
I contacted the company and they offered a partial refund (30%) letting me know that the shoes I bought were samples (I wasn't aware) and therefore had some design flaws. They confirmed this wasn't the case for their other styles of shoes, apparently I'd bought a pair called the "oopsy" which they were selling for $99 to keep out of landfill. Great idea, but the price tag for a flawed pair of shoes IMO is too steep.
Given I still paid $99 for them, I said I wasn't entirely happy with that resolution.
They then offered another pair of shoes as an exchange so I've taken them up on this offer and I'm going to try the mary-jane style shoe.
Thanks for working with me to find a resolution we are both happy with Twoobs.
Comfiest shoes!
The Sneaky Janes are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn!! I literally wear them every day with and without socks, and they go with all my outfits.
I love how versatile they are and I always get compliments when I wear them.
