Excellent Service
This retailer provided a prompt and efficient service. Unfortunately, the item I bought didn't suit but the returns process was easy and a refund was offered quickly without any fuss. I'd have no hesitation to buy from them again.

Wrong shirt but great customer service
I bought a few items during the Christmas sales one of which was a long sleeve shirt
When I received my order they had sent the wrong shirt(short sleeve) although almost identical
I'm given 5 stars as they handled the situation very well, they refunded my postage when returning my item, they then sent me the correct shirt and a couple pairs of Tommy H socks which was a really nice touch
It is the small things like that make a good business stand out from the norm
I would definitly use their online service again

Above and beyond
Ordered a jacket for my husband- there had been an issue with the zip in a large department store so I asked on line could they check the zip for me, they videoed a staff member opening and closing the jacket to show it was all good.
Ordered the jacket and it was delivered the following morning. Fantastic customer service. Loved it.
