Thank you for getting my artwork back to me in a reasonable time frame. Even though i only bought a twitch graphics bundle with limited information (i only asked or a blue and black colour scheme) they provided me with 3 drafts and i did like all three so it was hard to choose. The draft were only colour choices though not full mockup which i found to be was fine.

Upon picking the draft they delivered the bundle in a couple of days and the i uploaded it to my twitch/mixer stream.

I read the reviews, did some homework and bought the twitch package. Delivery time said 3-5 business days for first draft. 10 days later, I reach out to them to make sure they got more order. 2 days later they get back to me and say it's on its way. I receive the first draft that day and it is the "Offline" screen. Seems nice... probably some stock art they stole and put a few patterned brushes over the top of... used a font (which I later discovered was a demo font that they never even purchased) and added some filter to the font to make it look like it came out of PUBG...

Great - its a start. So I confirm that I will go with the first draft and select which version I liked (which was 3 of the same image just slightly different hue saturation). They say the final product will be ready in 2 days time. 2 weeks later I reach out and ask whats going on. 2 days later they get back to me and say they will reach out to the designer and see whats going on. 3 days later the designer sends me the final product.

The final product is what really made me make this review. The wait was fine - I'm not a professional - I didn't NEED the product immediately.

The final product was literally the initial image that they sent me... cropped 20 different ways and with beveled edges. They didn't produce anything else from the original first draft that they sent me. They might as well have screen snipped the corner of the first draft... round off the edges in ms paint with the eraser and copy paste the font filter they used on the original. I'm not an idiot. I have experience with photoshop - I know exactly how this was made. I waited an extra 2 weeks for someone to crop and bevel 20 images and add a font that you couldn't even purchase with the $110 I gave you. (One of the images had an apostrophe that actually wrote as an advertisement for buying the font out of the demo version)

So unprofessional and really not a good product. Get some better designers.

I am writing this review for my product of a Twitch Graphics Bundle.

After speaking with a support agent on their site i opted for a Twitch Graphics Bundle but i did add in a few extras such as premium delivery and a couple more overlays.

I was more than happy with the initial draft but once i received the full bundle i did need a few more edits. The company was more than happy to work through all of the edits i needed and everything went swimmingly .

The only thing i would improve is the ability to customize my bundle before purchase. Thanks for all the help guys i will twee this review. Thanks

I started my search for a graphics design company awhile ago and at first i chose another company. They were unable to satisfy my needs so i opted to get a refund and chose this company instead and this was the best choice i made.

The checkout process was easy. The first draft was delivered in 5 working days and then it took 1 more to get my ful bundle! I would use this company again.

The Twitch Graphics Bundle I orderd was delivered faster than the delivery date stated which was a great surprise and was a breath of fresh air to my channel! They included everything I had asked for, even after I changed my mind a few times about what it was I wanted exactly and managed to exceed my expectations immensely.
I had constant communication with the designer who was friendly and patient with my requests and helped add that special touch to the artwork and created the perfect design to suit my streaming style and match my charatcter which makes my channel feel more genuine to my personality.
