Poor experience. Bought a bunch of samples and one full size bottle. Only the samples showed up. Had to go back and forth with customer support for about a week. Finally, once they verified that I actually didn’t receive the full size bottle, they tell me it’s no longer in stock and they will be initiating refund for that item. Meanwhile, I go to visit the website and see it listed as available for purchase (i.e. not sold out). This was my first experience with TwistedLily, and I can confidently say it will be my last.

This is a scam company ordered a 3.99 sample when the payment went through it converted to dollars and charged £75 fir a thimble of perfume, emailed them straight away for a reply from Alice that the shipment was all ready to be despatched and could not be refunded

Avoid at all costs

They ship glass perfume bottles in bubble mailers, with predictable results. Then they want the perfume returned "in unopened and sellable condition" which is kind of hard to do with a collection of broken glass. (They don't offer returns for samples at all, which would be fair if you could expect the sample to arrive intact and usable on the buyer end!)

They have a good product selection (those glass shards smelled incredible!) and reasonable pricing...if I actually got what I paid for. The shipping department needs to remember they are sending out very fragile items! Other perfume sellers use rigid boxes and layers of bubble wrap for a reason!

Worst decent service available. I ordered $50 worth of samples and it has been a month and half. Still no order received. Do not trust these guys

I received a 12 sample pack as a Christmas gift. All samples were intact but one smelled worse than the next! One actually smelled like gasoline!! I won't be ordering from here again.

Have ordered from Twisted Lily few times now and have not had any issues. They send factory samples, safely packaged and quick delivery. And the prices are reasonable.

Terrible. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service for about a week. No luck. My package was delivered to a UPS checkpoint without my knowledge ( previously samples were sent to my house) . It sat at CVS for days…

Awful, experience purchasing a $295.00 perfume! Also, I still have a question regarding my purchase and still can’t get anyone to respond!

Only ships samples with expedited shipping $20, which is not revealed until the end of the checkout. Thanks but no thanks.

Had a similar experience to someone else here. Don’t order samples from them!! They will send you messy squeeze bottles and spritzers with broken nozzles. The product pages indicate that you will receive a spray vial, but what you actually receive is just a hodgepodge of whatever free samples they have laying around (and they charge customers $5+ for them!!). I wouldn’t trust them for any other purchases! There are better fragrance suppliers out there! If this happens to you, please report them to your state’s consumer protection agency because it’s an illegal practice. They will also not refund you if you complain bc they’ve purposely buried some disclaimer deep in their FAQ section. They need to be fined!

I received three 2ml spray samples (one arrived leaking) and two 1ml single-use squeeze packets of fragrance (which spill everywhere), despite the photo showing spray vials for them. I contacted support and they basically said tough luck, our FAQ says it can be anything that's 1-2ml. That was my first and last time using Twisted Lily.

amazing selection, mostly niche fragrances but they do sell out fast on things that are the best. fast delivery, test stripes, coupon code. i know that i am leaving a lot out but this is my number one and only one i go to for samples. if you want vials then you can go to scent bird for that but they wont necessarily have the same frangrances.
