Do not recommend! Attended a show at lighthouse bar.
4th time attending a show at this venue. Arrived at 8:45pm for a 9pm show. Traveled 2hours from CT. Upon arrival at venue was asked if we had a reservation. Was told we could not enter without a reservation despite not requesting a table! Upon saying we wanted to stand by stage we were told maybe we could go there once show began. This depended upon "room!" Despite only 10-15 people by stage we were told there wasn't any! We were told policies had changed and everyone was informed. Band and road manager never relayed this to anyone! nor was this information on casinovor band website or social media!
We were told we could not stand there and had to watch first set from outside of venue! We could see very little and sound was horrible!We were planning to leave!
During second set we were "allowed " to enter at another entrance! Not being from RI we only knew about main enterance!
There is nothing on venue website indicating this "change" in policy! We were angry, frustrated and disappointed after traveling 2 hours one way from CT! We used 2 tanks of gas and traveled 2 hours each way only to be treated in this manner!
Situation was handled very poorly and put a significant damper on the activities! We did not have a good time! Would appreciate if this was addressed with ALL involved! Upon contacting them, casino replied
saying this show was for vip customers only?! Why was it listed on website for casino and band? I was told we would not have known unless we asked?! That is beyond dumb and ridiculous! Not acceptable!
We contacted casino today and were only able to talk to security. We were told show was NOT VIP ONLY! It was general admission and we should have been allowed to enter venue with no problem! We were then told guy at entrance thought we were trying to "steal a vip table!" My husband explained we talked to him 3xs and he completely comprehended we didn't want a table! We were told he should have allowed us to enter venue, despite us saying he wouldn't! We were questioned about talking to tour manager as we know him! Again we could not do this as we were denied entry! We saw ¼ of show which was not worth 2 tanks of gas and 4 hours on the road! We were told to comment on website despite saying we had and were told by them show was vip only! Nobody from band, manager, venue, casino or security is/will taking responsibility for the situation! All security could say was they were "sorry" ?! Complete waste of time and gas! Save the gas , time and money and remain home! SO NOT worth it!

I've been to twin river enough times to know its a dangerous place to be. Most of the time there's no security at the door so people bring their own alcohol, food and who knows what else. Soon as you park your car, people start bumming cigarettes and money in the lot,Again no security. You walk into the casino, the first thing you see, is bums sleeping on machines. You walk further on only to see people with their feet up on the machines. People kicking and banging the hell out of the machines, Again, no security. Then you take notice to the way people are dressed. Most are wearing flip flops and dirty clothes, mind you, the sign says PROPER DRESS REQUIRED. Again, no security. There have been numerous assaults and robberies, and many, many, many cars have been vandalized, Again, no security. The management of twin river are the most ignorant and disrespectful wanna be mafia wiseguys you will ever encounter. Twin river casino is not a place for decent and respectable people. Twin river casino is more like a homeless shelter and a crime magnet. So be advised, if you go there, you are on your own. There is absolutely nothing positive that I can say about twin river.

I've been going to Twin River for 2 years now. I primarily play Craps, Blackjack and 3-card Poker. The table staff (pit crew, dealers) have always recognized me and welcomed me with a positive experience. The only reason why I didn't give them 5-stars is due to the smoking on the 1st floor. Craps tables are not located on the 2nd floor and so much of my time is on the first floor.

Valet is quick and accessible. The food and restaurant experience is good at this establishment. I've never had a problem with cashiers or drink staff. All have been amiable.
