I LOVE my lights
I LOVE my lights. I’ve had them for several years! One day my lights stopped working… I went through a LOT to put them up in a way it would be EXTREMELY hard to take down and redo. I was pissed! I was PANICKED!!
Fortunately, tech support was VERY quick to respond! They helped my troubleshoot the issue easily (power supply went out) and they sent me a new one very quickly and I was able to swap it out without touching my lights! EASY

Twinkly responded to my initial inquiry within 13 hours, and once I sent them the information they requested about by malfunctioning advice they authorized a replacement within another 12 hours. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous and efficient. Perfect customer service experience!
Great customer service
Great customer service. I am a little concerned over multiple people having issues with power supplies. Hopefully this is something that I will not have to be concerned with as I have several twinkly products
My power supply stopped working…
My power supply stopped working randomly 2 days before Christmas. Bummed about the lights not working I waited to contact support because I was in no rush since the holidays were over. Once I contacted support I got an email back relatively quickly with some trouble shooting tips. Once we figured it was the power supply I sent over the requested info and not even 12 hours later the replacement was on its way to me. Very quick response time and great customer service.

Had a few strings of my led c9 have malfunctioning bulbs in which I contacted Twinkly. Upon running a few tests and it being dysfunctional, Twinkly sent me a brand new set to replace them. I have worked with Twinkly a few times and it is always been a great experience with their customer service team. I love their products and their customer service backs it up if you have any problems what so ever!
Love Twinklys — they can be a bit temperamental
I’m a fan of the product but the wires are a bit sensitive considering they are rated for outdoor use. I had a 100 light string up and quit on me out of the blue with no obvious reason. The customer service is always very helpful and fast and happy to say my replacement lights are already on their way to me. Great product and solid /reliable customer service.
We love the Twinkly strings!
We love the Twinkly strings! The nets are great lights, but a little fragile on the 'non' wired' crossovers. We had a couple of issues within breaking. And a power pack died. We reached out to Twinkly customer service who were fantastic in their speed to respond, they weee careful to ensure our issues were real and responded in the best possible outcome for us, the customer. You can judge a company by their customer service and willingness to back their product. Twinkly is a 5 star company. Well done
I noticed a section of lights went out…
I noticed a section of lights went out on my tree and contacted the company. They asked a few questions and had me send in a few photos. They were planning on doing a remote fix on the tree but unfortunately they could not do that because the fix could not be done that way. To make matters worse, we had some bad wind that damaged the tree more to the point I had to throw it away.
Upon learning this, the people at Twinkly offered me a discount on a replacement. They did not have any trees available for me to order. They then found a facility that was able to sell me a tree.
Twinkly was awesome to work with and went all out to help me.

Defective power supplies
Our 2 power supply for the twinkly Christmas lights were no longer working. I contacted the support and immediately received a response. Mara contacted me and went through the process of what she needed in order to replace the defective ones. I've never experienced a quick turn around like I've had with Twinkly lights. Our replacement is on its way so we can continually use the lights as guaranteed. I'll buy from this company again because they back up their products.

Great support from Twinkly
The support from the Twinkly team is amazing. One of my sets was not working so I contacted twinkly, they promptly sent me some trouble shooting tips to narrow down the issue and were more than happy to replace my power supply once identified that this was the actual issue.
I can’t wait to add extra sets this year as well as the matrix curtains.
After six years my Twinkly Christmas…
After six years my Twinkly Christmas tree lights would not communicate with my iPhone. I contacted Twinkly and after several email exchanges they sent me a new new power supply and my lights are now working. I interacted with several employees of the company and they all deeply cared about my problem and went the extra mile to determine why the lights wouldn't come on. The lights are absolutely terrific and my Christmas tree lights are the envy of my immediate neighbors. Great product and even better people.
Twinkly is the best Christmas lights…
Twinkly is the best Christmas lights we've ever had, 3 years and never yet a burn out, multiple color designs and patterns. Recently our 3rd tree lights would not light, found a bad power supply using another set, but twinkly sent a replacement for no cost, exceptional service too.

Ridiculous requirements for getting support-DONT BUY
Purchased an expensive multicolored set from Costco last year. They worked last season. Put up this year and they don't work. Tried all online tricks and tweaks. Nothing. Purple flashing light regardless. Contacted Twinkly and Gaia told me to provide a long list of required steps including a video of the reset before Twinkly would replace. I think the list is very excessive and I would bet that they require list expressly because they NEVER have to replace the product because no one can ever meet their requirements. Therefore, I do not recommend purchasing of Twinkly outdoor lights. They are the MOST expensive and do not support failed products in an acceptable way.
