Delivery was super quick, and my mini tweezers are life savers. I have about 3 pairs dotted around the house and one pair for the car.

Pointy tweezers are the best!

I lost a pair and really struggled to find a good quality pair. Got some from Tweezerman and a double set of clippers, and the quality is insane. They are just really good things to have in your groom kit; everyone should have tweezers and clippers from this company.

The pointy tweezers are great if you've got something really jammed in your skin, literally won't go back to anything else now I've got these!

Absolutely zero customer service. Don’t bother trying to contact them as they never get back to you.
Nail files are pathetic cheap rubbish.
Tweezers are good but what is the point if there is no customer service?
Don’t fall for the discount on first order BS.
You don’t get the discount and then they bombard you with marketing emails.

Love everything I've ever ordered from Tweezerman! Latest purchase was the Gua Sha tool - use it everyday and really notice how much it helps de-puff my face.

Delivery and communication was good. I bought refill blades for the facial razor which is great as it makes the item more sustainable

I have emailed once and called twice to be told that someone from customer service will call me back and there has been no call back. I'm so disappointed.

Tweezerman nail files
Expected quality results but very disappointed. Red colour stains nails and fingers,whilst the file leaves ragged edges. Have used cheap ones in the past with far better results.
Am I just unlucky to have bought a dud set or are all files this quality?

Hello ALL at Tweezerman
I had an old, good quality and comfortable to hold in hand Tweezerman nail scissors, but they got lost somewhere in the house. I searched the house, but I couldn’t find nail scissors I liked a lot, so I decided to buy new Tweezerman nail scissors. I couldn’t find the same design nail scissors, so I purchased new design Tweezerman nail scissors. I am very disappointed about the new design scissors. They are a complete expensive CRAP - rubbish. Why did you discontinue a good design and quality scissors and approved a mass production of a COMPLETE CRAP? Who created a design of the new Tweezerman nail scissors? Who approved the quality of a crap? Who tried the crap before mass production? And many more questions. New design Tweezerman nail scissors are extremely uncomfortable to hold. They are hurting my fingers! Can I return your expensive CRAP for a full refund (it was purchased not directly from you but another retailer)?
Stop discontinuing good quality products and creating new bad quality CRAP!

We bought a set of two nail clippers. They are simply badly designed. They don’t sit right for my nails, and cut brutally. A bit like asking a six year-old to cut your hair. The result is very disappointing.
